Positive: room size is big, location is good
Negative: checkin staff knew it’s our honey moon trip and offered to send us a piece of cake. but it was finally sent on 3rd day of our stay also requested higher floor with river view, but the staff didn’t mention they couldn’t make it and just quietly assigned a room at lower floor with no decent view.
Summary: location and room size are great but pricey as the facility is quit worn out without proper maintenance

Positive: The room was large, quiet, clean and the beds were so comfortable. The staff were incredible! From the concierge, to reception and housekeeping! Everyone we encountered went above and beyond any expectations! A special shout out to Summer who completely went out of her way to help us get baseball tickets and to the Moroccan born housekeeper (so sorry we forget her name) who made us feel like we were at home! The hotel is situated in a shopping mall which has so many options for delicious food and great shopping as well as other entertainment like movies and aquarium! It’s also well connected to the metro line and everything is very well signed so makes it really easy to get around! There is also a gorgeous bakery attached to the hotel with delicious pastries.
Negative: For first timers in Seoul, we felt it was a little far away from the ‘main attractions’ each trip was about 40 mins by taxi or metro, but still happy we stayed there as we wouldn’t have otherwise explored that area.
