Positive: The check in processes was informative and easy. The breakfast was absolutely incredible and definitely worth more that €10. We were impressed! The staff were absolutely wonderful and kind. The facilities were just what we needed. The location was what we loved the most. Only an 8 minute walk to the train station which takes you straight through Cinque Terre and Milan. The hotel is also only a 4 minute walk from Levanto town and the beach where you can walk / bike through the abandoned tunnels. We had an amazing stay and would highly recommend this hotel.

Positive: Underground parking, friendly staff, elevator, breakfast. Clean bedding. Refrigerator, Capsule coffee and teapots. Overall, it was good quality hotel.
Negative: Nothing, You just need to be careful when entering and leaving the parking lot.

Positive: Excellent location, good breakfast, access to the train station and shops. The staff were generally very pleasant and helpful.
Negative: There was no air-conditioning in the room nor a working ventilation fan in the bathroom. When we asked about this we were told that the fan was working and that the lack of air-conditioning was a seasonal requirement. It was hard to fathom this response given that we did not have any similar experiences in any other accommodation we stayed in in Italy.
