Positive: The landlord is very friendly and professional. She endeavoured to fix issues rapidly after I reported them. The kitchen is beautiful and well equipped, as is the upstairs bathroom. The house overall is well decorated. My room had plenty of storage space and the usb socket in one of the power outlets is a nice detail. Apart from neighbors the area is quiet with public transport in easy reach. It's nice to have the option of using Venetian blinds or blackout curtains with windows that open horizontally or vertically
Negative: The neighbors often have shouting matches even at 4 am in the garden, so other neighbors begin yelling at them to shut up. The wardrobe in my room was about to fall apart and some areas were not very clean; under the bed, inside the drawers. The carpet on the stairs and landing holds odour from the kitchen and needs professional cleaning despite the free house slippers given out.
