The space
Enjoy the freedom of an open floor plan with a huge kitchen and plenty of cabinet space. Get comfy and cozy with your friends and family at the breakfast nook. Have a seat and lounge on the convertible chair-beds in the bedrooms.
Outside you can enjoy meals on the southwest facing deck, use the propane grill, have a refreshment around the fire-pit in the front yard seating area, and wash off after a lovely beach day with the outdoor shower.

The 3rd bedroom/laundry room has a twin day bed which can pull out to a double twin/king bed. There are drawers on the bottom for extra storage. There is also an armoire to hang clothing.
