In the mornings you can have breakfast in our beautiful dining room or sitting outside by the nature or at the pool enjoying the sunshine. This peaceful oasis boasts open plan living, with plenty of room to have a comfortable stay. It has a dedicated workspace. Washer and Dryer inside the house. An ideal location to explore the city. Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place.
The space
Home is entirely fenced in. One master bedroom with master bathroom and closet. Two guest bedrooms. One extra bathroom for the other guest rooms. Each room have their own closet. The house is equipped with night tables, dressers, celling fans, washer and dryer. Kitchen is fully equipped just bring your food in. Coffee Machine with free coffee pods. One game room with games to play with your loved ones. One living room. Outside there is a fenced in pool and large patio to enjoy a peaceful time where you can have fun at the same time. One of the guest rooms is equipped for a family. (Queen bed and a bunk bed, bottom is full, and top is twin). This room is kid friendly with a beautiful castle for your kids to enjoy. There is a sleeping couch in the living room.

Summary: The house was so spacious and stocked so well! The beds are all comfortable with plenty of pillows. The outside grill worked well, it is charcoal. The pool was a ton of fun while we weren't out tubing down the Ichetucknee and playing at Ginnie Springs. The whole property is very well kept and you really get the old Florida feel while in the whole town/area. We loved it!! We would recommend this property and we would stay at this property again!! Thank you for sharing!!

Summary: Rough neighborhood, almost 2 hrs late letting us check in due to no done cleaning. No supplies: Toilet paper, paper towels, coffee and fixings, dish soap, etc. NO HOT TUB AS ADVERTISED AND NO...NO HOT WATER 3 out of 4 day stay. Pool was GREEN. Service workers trying to just Walk in on us. House was NOT Wheelchair accessible!!! Terrible experience, NEVER Again. Jose was a sweetheart. I'm supposed to get half of my money back...I hope without a fight

Summary: This was a convenient location to participate in the family wedding festivities. We also really enjoyed Ichetucknee Springs in the mornings and the house pool in the afternoons. The house accommodated our family group easily.

Summary: The house was large and roomy. The property manager was very attentive and helpful with anything that we needed. We loved the grounds and the pool was great! We were disappointed that the listing stated that there was a hot tub, but there isn't one and also it claims to have 2 queen beds in the 2nd bedroom, but there is only one. This posed an issue for us for one night, but as some of our guests left, we made it work. Overall, it's great and we would rent it again.

Summary: This is an amazing property that is great for families with small children also the location is perfect almost in the center of everything where you can go to Gainesville Jacksonville within a matter of 30 minutes I will be booking this property again. Very clean
