Positive: Unit was private, clean and comfortable. It is in walking distance to shops.

Negative: We would have preferred receiving information about accessing the unit the day before rather than the morning of the day we were due to arrive. We missed the email with the instructions on how to access the unit as we were travelling. The property is on a busy road and although reasonably quiet, being situated behind the main residence, traffic noise began from around 5.30am.

Negative: Nothing, it's a great property. I'd say as a tip, leave a broom so guests can help keep things tidy when leaving.

Positive: We were in Dural for a wedding so the location was excellent. There were two of us but the apartment had enough room for 4 to be comfortable. The shower was spacious and hot, the beds were comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped. Although close to the main house, it was private. Good communication from the host re access and parking. It was a short walk to a reasonable shopping centre.

Negative: The dishes etc in the cupboard needed a bit of a clean first and the hot water took ages to come through in the kitchen. TV reception was a bit sketchy but I think there was Netflix. These were minor issues really.

Summary: Great location with plenty of space.
