Positive: Location was excellent, close to everything including grand bazar and walking distance to other attractions, room was clean and tidy, breakfast was very basic but good, staff were friendly and helpful. I would recommend staying here.
Negative: There was no parking available or the ability to drop of your luggage at the hotel, had to park a good distance away and take my luggage through the heat to the hotel. also the air conditioning didnt seem to be coping and wasnt cooling the room sufficiently, Not a good experience
Summary: Overall I had a good experience and would recommend staying here to anybody visiting Istanbul

Negative: The breakfast wasn't that good, there are limited options. The bed wasn't really double bed, it was two beds joined together, which disturbed my sleep.l

Positive: Clean and spacious room with comfortable beds! Large bathroom and shower. Very friendly and helpful staff. Good breakfast and all in all a very good atmosphere. Recommended!
Negative: The street is noisy though that's the charm of Istanbul. I would simply recommend earplugs for sleeping.

Positive: I have nothing to embellish. Our stay at the Oban Hotel was perfect. It is located in the center of Fatih, with everything within reach—trams, shopping centers, museums, monuments—and the best part is that you can see and visit everything in a very short time. The hotel service was warm and welcoming. Mr. Hidayet and the rest of the staff went out of their way to make us feel comfortable and ensure we had everything we needed. If you have any questions, the staff is always ready to help, just as they did for us. The room was spacious, clean, and cleaned daily, with towels changed every day. The breakfast was typical Turkish, varied, and full of olives, cheese, and vegetables, which we enjoyed. The rooms are well-insulated, so noise is almost non-existent. We wholeheartedly recommend Oban Suites Hotel and its staff.

Positive: I had an amazing stay at this hotel in Istanbul for a week. The reception team, especially Hidayat and Irfan, are incredibly kind, always smiling, and make you feel like family. They suggest activities based on the weather, ensuring you get the most out of your day. The breakfast is excellent and not repetitive like in other hotels. Sometimes Fatima makes homemade cakes, and she’s super friendly and speaks French. You also have access to the kitchen anytime. The rooms are cleaned daily, the heating works perfectly (you won't feel the cold even if it’s freezing outside), and the hot water is always available. The hotel is very well located: - Close to public transportation. - Near bazaars, mosques, and most landmarks, which you can reach on foot if you enjoy walking. - Calm - Shops like LC Waikiki, Polo, and DeFacto are nearby, with prices similar to malls. - Restaurants around the hotel are delicious and much cheaper than in other areas. If I visit Istanbul again, I will definitely stay at this hotel!
