Positive: Rooms have everything you'd need. Rooftop was superb.
Negative: There are unwashed utensils in the dishwasher. The fridge had some old milk probably from the last guests. Liquid soap dispenser on the bathroom is empty.

Positive: Location was really good. Altona is a really nice neighbourhood, with loads of restaurants and cafes and parks, and the train station is also super close to the hotel. The staff was really friendly and helpful and gave us some really good tips for places to eat and to visit. The little balcony on the apartment and the rooftop were also really nice.
Negative: The apartment looked clean on the surface, but really hadn't been cleaned that well. Clearly a rushed job. There were hairs in the bathroom drawers and dust on top of the shelves. The bed was on a mezzanine on the top floor and it was Summer, so it got really hot up there at night. They gave you a duvet with a cover and that was way too hot to cover yourself. Sweated through the night and had a few nights of really bad sleep.
Summary: Great location and very nice staff, but bed gets really hot in summer and could be cleaner

Positive: Perfect location for access to the S Bahn, shops and restaurants and the river. All the fixtures and fittings are very well designed and spotlessly clean. Reception staff are very helpful.
Negative: The Basic room isn’t really big enough for a couple staying more than 1 night. The double bed can only be accessed from one side and the ceiling in the sleeping area is very low, meaning lots of clambering over each other. We found it claustrophobic. If you can afford a larger room it’s probably great.

Positive: Very central and just a short walk to the train station in Altona. The apartment was clean, had great equipment with a kitchenette, nespresso machine etc. The bed was okay.
Negative: There was no bedside lamp and it would be great if the cleaning staff came in from time to time to take out the trash and replace towels.

Positive: The location of the hotel is very good. The staff is very well trained and professionals.
Negative: when ever I am in Hamburg I stay in this hotel.This time the level of cleanness was less in the room. I checked in around 8 pm and found the bed sheets were not very clean and the floor was not cleaned properly then next day I asked them to change the have informed me they can not as the cleaning is weekly. I am asking the hotel management to look at this point and as this hotel really deserve to continue with high rate.
