Summary: My reservation was booked for two instead of one so I was charged double. Upon arrival they could not fix the error till the next day because reservations was closed for the day. The next day I had to arrive to the front desk 5 times as they were trying to fix the issue and refund me. I was told a different thing every time. No staff was rotated constantly and no one communicated with each other so I had to repeat the problem every single time, making it frustrating as well as taking away from vacation time. The reservation department could not provide the corrected paperwork after being told several times they would. I had to force the poor guy that was at the front desk to provide me with the documentation I needed to show me the correct amount.

Summary: The staffs are beyond excellent, customer services etiquette 110%. The ceiling fan very noisy, the bed was uncomfortable, I slept on the sofa bed instead. Some restaurant’s menus are the same each night. The noise from other quest after 1am extremely loud. But overall the staffs are excellent and went above and beyond.
