I normally reply quickly, unless I'm out of reach of a cell signal or it's very late in the evening.
Come and enjoy our completely renovated and spotless town home and all that Ocean Edge has to offer - pools & hot tubs, tennis, bike trails, close to beach. You will appreciate the short walk to the Fletcher indoor/outdoor pool/spas, tennis, basketball and volleyball courts. You will find few homes that are completely renovated - many have had kitchen cabinets painted, some new counters - check the pictures closely. My two-story town home has been completely renovated (newer kitchen, carpet, doors, moldings - crown molding, wainscoting, paint, furniture, a/c system, windows, sliders, water heater, TVs, you name it and it has been updated!). Our most recent improvement was just completed (June 2025) - new paint in the family room and dining area, and the carpet was removed, and luxury vinyl plank has been installed. First floor has fully equipped kitchen, dining area, living room, half bath and slider to the private patio with umbrella table and large 3 burner grill. The kitchen is completely renovated with newer tile, granite counters, appliances and cabinets. The conventional stairway (meaning, this is a regular set of stairs, NOT spiral as in other units) leads to the second floor with washer and dryer, 2 bedrooms (1 queen in master and 1 twin and bunk beds in second bedroom) and full bath - with granite counter. Both bedrooms are equipped with split system a/c units that allow for each rooms temperature to be individually controlled/adjusted, each bedroom also has a ceiling fan. The main floor also has individual a/c temp controls as well. Our home is also equipped with 3 flat screen TVs - one in the family room and one in each bedroom. Please note, we no longer have a land line or cable TV. We've moved to streaming TV. We have Direct TV Streaming 105+ channels (in all rooms), including local channels and NESN and lots of streaming content available. We have a selection of boardgames in the living area.
Please note, my unit is managed by ME not a management company or broker. This makes a HUGE difference. I take great pride in my home, and it shows. I perform all maintenance on my own - cleaning, repairs, upgrades, etc. I could take the easy route and hire a cleaning staff but it's very important to me to know that the house is absolutely perfect when you arrive.

**Please note: Our capacity is 5 occupants - this is strictly enforced. We monitor the exterior of the property via cameras faced away from the property to determine if overcrowding is occurring. We are a condo complex and there are strict rules specific to overcrowding due to our septic system capacity and parking. If you overcrowd the unit you will lose your security deposit and rental fee and be evicted immediately. The condo is being rented to you and the people within the lease, not you and as many guests as you'd like to host on a daily basis.
Also note I only book by the week starting on Saturday. I do not book single nights and weekends.
**Please note, Ocean Edge has a strict policy regarding renters and visitors bringing pets/animals onto the property. Per condo regulations, no renter or visitor is allowed to bring pets/animals on to the property or in my home. I have a very strict 'NO PET' policy. If animals/pets are discovered, you will be immediately evicted and lose both rental payment and security deposit.
**Please note that renter has access to resort amenities (pool, tennis, etc.) at their expense. Sponsored Guest Pool Passes Per Day: Adult - $20 Child - $10. Per Week: Adult - $70 Child - $30 Passes are sold by Ocean Edge Resort & Golf Club and prices are subject to change without notice.
I am a member of the resort and can sponsor you to purchase pool passes. If you rent from someone who is not a member you will not have the option to buy these passes and will not have access to the resort amenities.

Summary: Loved the location of the condo- central to many restaurants, activities and beaches. Having the amenities available at Ocean Edge was a bonus and the indoor pool was key for rainy days and was worth getting a pool pass for. Condo was very clean and had everything you could want. We will return!

Summary: My cousin and I stayed in this 2-bedroom condominium in Ocean Edge for a week in July. The condo was immaculate, nicely furnished and convenient to beaches and shopping in Brewster, Harwich and Chatham. The lines of communication with the owner were excellent. The condo is completely air conditioned, which was great because the week was warm and very humid. There was plenty of parking. We ate at the Linx restaurant that was on the property and the food was outstanding. Although we did not take advantage of the pool and tennis/pickleball, these amenities were available for a fee and were within walking distance of the condo. I would highly recommend this property.

Summary: This is a great place to stay. Very clean, easy check in and great communication with owner. Great location within Oceans Edge- near both pools, tennis and walking paths. Easy to get to bike path. Beautiful and safe location. My only issue is that condo is listed as 2 bathrooms but it is really 1 1/2 baths- only 1 shower.

Summary: The condo was exactly as advertised - clean, well stocked and spacious. We enjoyed grilling outside but also took advantage of all the restaurants on the resort property. The lawn was fun for the kids and relaxing for the adults. Provincetown was an easy drive to walk around or take a historic trolley tour which was perfect on an overcast day. Sam was very responsive. We would definitely book with Sam again in the future.

Summary: We had a wonderful experience with Sam and his rental. He isn’t kidding when he says he takes great pride in the home and his efforts as a host. He had great communication leading up to our stay and all materials and notes welcomed 24/7 emergency contact. The house was clean down to the baseboards and comfortable. Although we didn’t take advantage of the kitchen, it was nicely stocked with tools of the trade one might need if staying in to cook. We used this excellent location to try new beaches and visit local Cape baseball games, all of which were pretty central to the listing. The location of the rental is very private within the development and has a nice sitting area in the back. Chairs, ice packs and cooler were all offered to support travel and packing.
