The neighbourhood is a mixed fishing village and tourist town so the place is booming with delicious seafood and a few local bars. It is only a 10-15 minute ride to the beautiful Klong Nin beach. The house is newly built and with a small private splashpool. It has a big sundeck and a shaded patio for relaxing and taking in the views
