Positive: Property was great! Very comfortable and convenient to Bath-Brunswick & surrounding areas. Enough room to have some local family & friends stop by. Deb is a very congenial hostess and welcomed us the first day with some goodies and drinks. I had been a little apprehensive about the listing since it's above another below level unit, so I had called Deb directly before booking and as it turned out, none of my concerns were an issue. Nice view of New Meadows River. We really enjoyed our stay!

Negative: Nothing.

Summary: We had a terrific time and the facility and hostess were terrific. We'd highly recommend it!

Positive: This home is AMAZING! Deborah is as wonderful as her home. Before we arrived, she texted us to get an eta. She was creating a welcome basket for us and wanted to know what kind of beverages we liked. We arrived, and she was there to greet us—such a lovely greeting. There were fresh flowers in a vase along with drinks and snacks. Deborah gave us some local information and great instructions when it came to the a/c and other various aspects of the home. It was clean, comfortable, and charming for sure. I would stay here again in a second. I highly recommend.

Negative: Loved every bit of it.

Positive: We loved all-day access to the pool. The hostess greeted us with a bag of thoughtful goodies. The other people on site were barely seen and friendly when they were. Private stay, great place to vacation in the bath area, great location.*pics were taken throughout our stay home was tidy upon our arrival*

Positive: Our host met us on-site and was very anxious to ensure we had everything we needed for a nice stay.

Negative: The kitchen cupboards just need a reorg, and didn't see potholders ... but that's nitpicky
