Large 4 bedroom 3 bathroom villa boasts 4,700 sq ft of living space, large kitchen with granite counter-tops and stainless steel appliances, a pool with Jacuzzi, wrap around patio and over 13,000 sq ft of fenced land. 3 bedrooms are upstairs, the Master Suite has double vanity sinks, recessed lighting, a separate shower and tub which looks out a bay window. The master walk in closet features sliding pocket doors and the Bedroom also has a small balcony accessed by double doors. The other 2 upstairs bedrooms share a full bathroom which also has a double vanity and shower. The remaining 2 bedrooms are downstairs and share a full bathroom, all bedrooms are air-conditioned. Living and dining are open plan and cascade out onto the covered wrap-around patio through 3 sets of double doors. Landscaped grounds and included feature lighting. Villa also has a double car garage with automatic door opener. Also automatic front gate entry and digital security alarm systems.
