Summary: We were really disappointed in our stay at Ocean Pines. The biggest issue we had was mold on the ceilings in every room of the condo. The bathrooms have no exhaust fan and got extremely steamy and hot which makes sense why there was visible mold and moisture issues in there. We also had mold in the main bedroom, kitchen, and living room (will attach pictures if able). We purposefully booked this place for Spring break because the listing said it had an indoor pool, game room, and fitness room which would be great as the water and weather can still be cool. In reality, the pool was not heated during our entire stay and due to cold temperatures outside, we could not use it because of this. When this was escalated to the office, they offered to reimburse for one nights stay but I have not seen that credited on our account. The game and fitness rooms were very limited with only one arcade game, a foosball table, and ping pong table (which were nice to have but not easily accessible when others were using) and the fitness room was a treadmill, row machine, and bicycle, not really a “fitness room”. More like three pieces of fitness equipment. The condo was also limited in its kitchen supplies/ utensils. We found the maintenance staff to be very friendly, especially Roy. The kids also really enjoyed the rubber duck scavenger hunt.

Summary: Our family had a great stay and plan on returning next year. Having a full condo with being right on the beach made our vacation so much more relaxing. Staff was friendly.

Summary: Loved the ocean front condo. We didn't use the 2nd bedroom, but we'll keep that in mind for the future. We're very likely to come back again. Everything was clean. Having (free) laundry just downstairs was a big help. We packed enough, but a minor accident meant we needed to clean some clothes. Convenient spot for parasailing, horse tour, and not too bad of a drive to go see Fort Raleigh. Great restaurants nearby, and shopping too. Looking forward to coming back in the future.

Summary: The room was spacious and comfortable. There were a few minor issues like the drain plug being broken in the bathroom, a broken shelf in the fridge and fish bait left outside on the balcony. But we still had a great time. Loved that it was soo close to the beach. It was beautiful and we even saw bunnies on the property. Loved the convenience of the pots and pans inside the room and the little park and outdoor activities located just five mins from the room. Great place to spend your vacation(:

Summary: The proximity to the beach was great! The location in Duck was also great. Unfortunately, the room was pretty run down as was the outside of the facility - you could tell it wasn't kept up very well. Washer/Dryer was not in the room but a shared facility on the grounds. We had no internet and the office staff was not able to assist at all. I had to call 3 times over a month just to get confirmation of our stay then received NO check in details. Fortunately, I called and was given a code for late check in so we could get our room key.
