This three-story home is located in the prestigious beach community of Westwinds, in Indian Rocks Beach.
There are a total of 4 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms with 3000 sq ft of space for entertainment.
Our Ocean Sands has sensational views from the first-level bedroom, living and dining areas, and second and primary bedrooms located on the third floor and the best views out of all are from the balconies and the private pool!
Ground Level features a two-car garage, laundry area, Gulf front pool and the first bedroom. First bedroom has 2 Queen beds with a private full bathroom. This bedroom has direct access to the pool as well.
Second level features the spacious open living area, dining area and the gourmet kitchen, a half bathroom and a beachfront balcony.
The main living area has comfortable couches with a wide screen TV and access to the Gulf front balconies. The living and dining area take full advantage of its beachfront setting with sliding glass doors that face the Gulf.
Living room adjoins a spacious dining area which seats 8 guests at the dining table and 4 more on the island.
The fully equipped kitchen has stainless steel appliances, beautiful large island and everything you would need to cook a meal for your friends and family.
Multiple doors from the second and third floor lead out to a breezy beachfront balcony. You will find yourself wanting to spend a lot of time here enjoying the views, sipping on your favorite drink and listening to the soothing surf sounds when you’re not poolside or down on the beach.
The third level features the second bedroom with 2 Bunk beds (the bottom is a Full and the top is a Twin). Bottom bunks have a built in TVs.
Third bedroom with a Queen bed and access to the balcony. There is a full hallway bathroom that the second and third bedroom share. The primary bedroom has a King bed with an ensuite bathroom and access to the balcony. This vacation home that can sleep up to 12 guests.

This makes it a prime destination for memorable family beach reunions, celebrations, special birthdays, hallmark anniversaries, church retreats, and corporate events.
Outside there is a gas grill that sits next to the lovely sparkling private pool and paved patio. It is surrounded by lush landscaping and an assortment of palm trees creating an oasis-like private paradise.
Indian Rocks Beach is a great location that is halfway between Clearwater Beach and St Pete Beach. There are restaurants and shops walking distance to this property.
Please keep in mind that the HOA allows 2 vehicles to be parked inside the garage only. Large SUVs will not completely fit inside the garage (garage door will not close) but you can still park them there.
Pool heat is an extra cost of $35 per day + taxes - up to 85 degrees from Nov to Apr.
Jacuzzi/spa is not available and is only a spillover.
Travel insurance is a minimal investment to protect your trip! We stress the importance of purchasing travel insurance that would cover you in the event that you are unable to travel. Beach Time Rentals is able to offer you travel insurance through Generali (except for Hawaii and NY).
AGE REQUIREMENTS. We will not rent to vacationing students, spring breakers or singles under 25 years of age. The majority of the group must be over the age of 25, unless its a family. Any reservation made under false pretenses will be subject to eviction and forfeiture of advance payment of rent and deposits.

Summary: We stayed for a family vacation with our adult children and their significant others and one nearly 2 year old and it was absolutely perfect. The location on the beach was ideal and allowed us to go back and forth from the beach to the pool and to the house easily and as we pleased. The house and property were very clean, well stocked kitchen, plenty of beach chairs & towels and even some pool toys. Communication was great, Jonie even stopped by after our arrival to make sure we understood everything and that everything was acceptable. There are 2 garage slots that are somewhat small and our Tahoe did not fit in but Jonie showed us where we could park that vehicle. The entire area felt very safe and friendly and we would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for the convenience of being on the beach.

Summary: Best sunset view just sitting on large balconies . Loved the pool and being right on beach. We really did not have to leave home to entertain kids. Large kitchen pretty well stocked. Good size family room area. The bedroom configuration worked for our family. Huge master bedroom with bath . Smaller bedroom with queen and bedroom with 2 bunks doubles on bottom bunks. Shared bath in hall upstairs. Lower bedroom bottom level we did not use, but we used bathroom thru bedroom room daily with pool right there. It may have been awkward if someone had to stay in that room with us walking thru all day. Overall house may need some work but that did not matter cause the pool and beach and sunset are the highlight of the home. Highly recommend beach is beautiful white sand and clear waters.

Summary: We had a fantastic time here. The home had plenty of room for all 9 of us. Was amazing to be right on the beach. The views from the house and pool were incredible. A family vacation we will never forget. Our grandson also found 14 shark teeth on our walks along the veach

If anything, the pictures of the pool area don’t do it justice. It is lovelier in person. The convenience of the house is a real plus. Restaurants, Publix, all sorts of shops are with in minutes from the house.Something unusual happened right after we arrived. Julian, our Beach Time contact, stopped by to check on us and make certain everything was as we expected. Customer service was exceptional.The Pink House is our favorite of all the properties where we have stayed.

I'm now back in Ohio, and I already miss that property so much. My entire family was wowed by the home, its location, and the service we received by the rental company. We are already looking on our calendar to come back. The amenities, space (fully stocked kitchen accessories!) and bathrooms were beautiful.You never have to leave, the beach is right by the pool, enough shade for breaks, and we walked down the beach to a Parisian cafe with great coffee and pastries.

First, the photos are accurate and reflect all of the attributes of the property. The setting and views are without equal. Second, the response from the BTR staff was excellent when we had a question either before the visit (Mona) or during our stay (Joanie). When a few small issues cropped up during the week (like a fault code on a clothes dryer), the response from the staff was quick and the contractors sent to repair the issue were professional and friendly. We were most pleased with the efforts of the entire BTR team and would recommend them to future renters. It was great to have local folks with an office "down the street" who knew the property well and took great care to make our stay a memorable one.
