Positive: We got a small room with a nice view of the ocean on the top floor of the inn. The room had a veranda so you could sit outside and enjoy the view. It’s a great value for the price. There are some restaurants and a coffee shop just a black away in downtown Winthrop. The staff is very nice….they carried our bags up to the third floor.

Negative: The hotel is pretty basic….the rooms are small and there is no elevator and the bathrooms are down the hall. Parking is very tight in Winthrop and we had to park about a block away in the parking area for the small downtown in Winthrop.

Summary: If you are an adventurous traveler you might like this unique and interesting older hotel near the Boston airport. All
