Summary: Stayed 1 night; the place has beautiful views, the check in/check out process was easy, the kitchen included all the basics and the place we clean. However, I didn't get much sleep because you could hear the people upstairs walking around, the pillows weren't very comfortable and the balcony is shared. Overall, I probably won't stay again unless there are no occupants above.

Summary: We especially liked access to beach, though many stairs!! Beach view was incredible from our place! We utilized the pool and game room. The place was clean, with actual dishes and cups-even a coffee pot! A tad dated but it was special. We wished we had booked more time there.

Summary: We come to the Oregon coast every year. We have never stayed in Lincoln city as we typically stay around Newport. When j found this condo I was shocked with the price for the view you get! It was so cozy, clean, and the perfect spot for my family of 4. The only downfall was that there is no onsite laundry. The beach access is nice but not wheelchair accessible. It wasn’t a problem for my family but maybe could be if you have health conditions. Lots of stairs to get there! I would stay again for the price and the cleanliness. And would give 5 starts if laundry was available and the beach access was more friendly.

Summary: Older building but in pretty good shape. Had a slight musty smell to the place but we got use to it. No laundry facilities. On the positive side……easy to get to ocean! Beautiful view. Clean. Worth the price. Lady at front desk very kind. Yes we would stay here again.

Summary: 87 stair steps down to beach. Hike up stairs is enough to kill you. Pool closes at 7 pm a bit early. Thin walls you could hear everything above and next to you in the other rooms.

Summary: Nice property. Kinda bummed there was no hot tub to warm up in and the pool closed at 7 which seemed really early. Property states no pets but the firsts night we were there the unit next to us had a couple small dogs that would bark at you if you tried to sit outside. The last night we had some very noisy people in the unit next to us with a lot of yelling and door slamming. We enjoyed the view and beach access. The unit was a good size for the 5 of us.

Summary: Staff were kind. Rooms were clean. It was nice to be able to cook out food vs going out and spending a ton of money.

Summary: Clean room, sufficient necessities, great view and location, its a hike to the Beach- four flights of stairs in good condition. Fairly private and quite location but close enough to groceries, restaurants and pubs.

Summary: #1 room, The slider did not latch and could not get any maintenance to help for 2 days. They had a stick basically locking slider. The front door had metal part holding in deadbolt for security. The slider rail where wood piece was filthy and moldy. The floor was peeling up. The couch is worn and not comfortable to sleep. The Murphy bed had flimsy legs you thought wood break if you got on the bed. The screen did not lock on slider. The fridge is very old, rusted and missing several items in fridge to hold milk, ect. The meat drawer is broken on slides. The fridge makes all kinds of sounds. You have to hold down toilet lever until goes down for it to flush. The frame has chunks missing going into bathroom. The bed was pretty good. The ceiling fan was a bonus to keep cool in bedroom. The shower is very outdated and no drain cover. The shower needs a hand held for shower. The view was awesome. The pans were all scratched and there were only small pans non big enough to boil noodles, or potatoes. The stove is old and burners were missing part of heating elements on 2 burners. The room is in definite need of remodel badly. Room 2 is way better by far but needs a new loveseat or new cushions very worn. The pool was nice. Saw a deer jump over wall and walk through back of property. The staff at the office were awesome and helpful. I would say that room did not feel safe.
