Summary: We enjoyed staying here as we have two times before. The rooms, the views, and the pool, sauna and hot tub are very nice. The staff is always friendly and welcoming and they have some nice touches like putting out fresh baked chocolate chip cookies in the afternoon around check in time. They used to have a happy hour from the desk and give a complimentary afternoon short wine pour that you could take out to the firepits, but that is no longer offered. We have enjoyed the complimentary breakfast in the past but this time it disappointed. The breakfast was the exact same everyday. Microwave sausages, crockpot of white sausage gravy with the same sausages, powdered eggs, cubed potatoes and waffles. By day 3 of 4 they put out a bowl of cut melon, that was the only fruit we ever saw. Would have appreciated more fruits or anything with fiber or protein. I resorted to Raisin Bran the 3rd day and we didn’t eat the breakfast on our last day, I couldn’t do it anymore. We will still recommend this location but wish they would bring back some of the special touches that made this a great getaway.

Summary: Room was nice, staff was excellent didn't use the spa but it looked great and view was beautiful with the exception of the one glass doors seal was broken causing moisture in window that blocked part of the view.

Summary: If you book on a third party website, like hotels.com, your room will NOT look like the pictures. We've been staying here for years 15-20 years. It was our favorite annual beach accommodation. We did notice that they are no longer a small business, instead a management company now. We've always had amazing stays until this time. Our room was TINY, kind of dingy, and not the layout in the pictures. When I talked to the front desk about this, they told me all sorts of things; "this is that way because it's a pet room", "we're still waiting for furniture delivery", "it's always been this, we don't know what you're talking about". Then someone finally said "the guests that book through third-party websites get those rooms". Guests have to book through them directly to get the nicer rooms. They would not honor what hotels.com showed. Honestly, I don't know that we'll ever go back. They were great when they were a small company, but now it's just another umbrella company they gives you less, charges you more, and tells you that as a commoner you should just be grateful. Capitalism at its finest.

Summary: This was just a quick birthday gift for my son. I booked two rooms and was pleased they put us connecting/next door. The check in was effortless, front desk rep was courteous, and I liked the French press coffee given out. The rooms were great! Clean, comfortable and great view! The breakfast was good and filling. Definitely going to be coming back!
