Welcome to this beautiful Sea Dunes Nautilus 2 bedroom 2 baths with a gorgeous ocean view. This townhouse has a private balcony complete with ocean views, plenty of seating and a dining area inside and on the balcony to enjoy dining.
and a cool ocean breeze.
The property offers a pool, tennis, and access to the garage with beach chairs, boogie boards, etc. and also a washer and dryer.
The upstairs which can be accessed with its own private entrance has 2 bedrooms and 2 full baths both ensuite. The master has a king bed and roomy with a TV, and a lounge chair for relaxing. The 2nd bedroom has a queen-size bed.
The living room has vaulted ceilings and is beautifully decorated with 2 comfy couches and the ocean in the background to view through the sliding glass doors. The fully loaded open kitchen has a counter seating and is great for entertaining.
The private patio has plenty of seating and a dining table to enjoy the ocean and also has a grill.
The pool is steps away from the town house.

Summary: The condo was very clean and comfortable. Had everything we needed and super easy beach access. Gorgeous views from the deck. Convenient to necessities and not too far from outlet malls in Orlando area or Daytona. Management was extremely fast getting back to me when I had a question

Summary: We had a great stay. The location was great access to grocery stores and great restaurants. The townhouse was beautifully decorated and comfortable. Had all the amenities and great location to the beach and pool. We would stay there again.

Summary: The description of the bed In the master bedroom was inaccurate. I even checked with the property manager and she also said same as description; That the bed in master was a king. It is not a king but a queen and is same size as the other bedroom.. the mattress in the 2nd bedroom was extremely soft. The place was nice but needs much remodeling. It was nice having a washer and dryer in the garage. The balcony was very nice as well as the pool and the walkway to the beach very short and convenient!

Summary: This was probably the best VRBO I’ve ever rented. The amenities were superb. It lacked for nothing. The views of the beach were gorgeous! Hope to stay again soon.

Summary: Wonderful place to rent. Have been coming to Sea Dunes since first built to various condos. This one ranks at the top of them. Hope to be back soon. Experienced a couple of minor issues but received calls within 15 minutes and promptly handled. Condo had everything we needed.

Summary: The townhouse offered everything the description promised and more! The location was incredible, steps away from the ocean with private access to the beach. We were able to see the ocean from the deck and watch the sunrise each morning. The home was fully furnished and decorated making it feel like staying with friends or family, plus it was stocked with everything we needed. Since it was our first time visiting NSB, we didn’t fully understand why locations promoted being on the no-drive beach… now we know! The no-drive beach location is much quieter and had a more relaxed vibe. We were able to enjoy long walks on miles and miles of white sandy beach. The only downside of staying on the no-drive part of the beach, is that many of the restaurants are too far to walk, so we had to drive when going out for dinner in the evenings. Although, biking the beach to get to the main restaurant area (near Flagler Ave) is a great option during the day if you don’t want to take the car! Sea Dunes Nautilus exceeded our expectations. We would stay again our next time visit NSB!
