Summary: The building is older and is currently being repainted and patched. We really liked the beach and the pool was also nice. The condo was newly renovated and very clean.

Summary: My husband and I had a a wonderful week in your, clean, well-appointed unit at Shore Villas. It was a special week for our family who were staying in other units there as well. We liked that the complex was small and easy to navigate. Sam is a very welcoming and helpful manager. We appreciate the attention to detail and the thought and care you have put into your condo. Summary: The condo was very nice and very clean. Very up to date appliances, and it had a perfect view of the pool and ocean. We loved how small the building was, so the pool was never crowded.

Summary: The condo is VERY clean. It feels very cozy and beachy from the moment you walk in. The owners are very quick to answer any questions you may have. Everything you need for the perfect vacation is in the condo. We love staying here and will be back again next year.

Summary: Condo is newly remodeled and gorgeous. Great ocean view. I loved the smaller size of complex. It was convenient to walk both directions on the beach. And got to watch rocket launches. Great location near store and gym. Other guests were very friendly. Sam the manager was terrific and very helpful. I had a great time despite chilly weather.
