This lovely new luxury villa boasts stunning, unobstructed views of the pacific ocean from every room in the house!
Watch the sunset every night from beside your sparkling infinity edge pool or your bedrooms balcony's, which overlook the gulfo de papagayo. Plenty of outdoor furniture for everyone!
This home is fully appointed with quality furnishings, cable TV and wireless internet. The large kitchen has all of the amenities of home including dishwasher, microwave etc. Each room comes equipped with individual a/c remote control units for personal preferences. It comfortably accommodates 6 people in it's 3 bedrooms (master has a king bed, 2nd has a queen bed and the 3rd has 2 twin beds). The master bedroom has an en-suite bath with jacuzzi.
At the base of the hillside and part of this community is a small commercial center which offers a luxury spa, a small theater and a popular bar/restaurant. The guests also have use of the community pool area with water slides, snack bar and a mini golf area
It is a 15 minute walk to the world famous Playa Hermosa beach from the base of the hillside.

Summary: Our stay was amazing! The views from the house were incredible. The house is open and airy. It has everything you need. The pool is the perfect size. We are a family of four. We were very comfortable. The house is in the perfect location to view all of Playa Hermosa and easy to get everywhere. Corby, the property manager is wonderful! We were 3 hours late arriving and she was there when we finally made it. She is full of information and very thoughtful. We would definitely stay here again.

Summary: The stunning view of the ocean on a mountain side is the highlight of the house along with the infinity pool. This makes the house! Good beach town and house is large as has most of what you need. Only suggestion would be if the house had a book with helpful info like suggestions for local restaurants, excursions, etc.

Summary: Enjoyed the beach, walking to the property was a challenge and keep us on our toes. Car is needed. View from the house was very nice.

Summary: The house was extremely clean, kitchen and utensils were the best we've ever had. Views and the infinity pool are wonderful but the house needs some refreshing. Our property manager, Corby was really terrific with communication and local information.

Summary: This villa is perfectly located, looking over Playa Hermosa. Ideally situated to easily explore the whole area. The villa is well provisioned, extremely private and the infinity pool is such a welcome addition, especially after a day at the beach. We will definitely be back.

Summary: We were supposed to be two couples together during our stay at this nice house but my wife and I had to cancell. The informations I received from our friends about this property were very positive. Everything was perfect and even better than the pictures on VRBO. They were particularly amazed by the marvellous view from the house rooms and the large terrace. We highly recommend this property.
