Negative: Daily electric shortages. If no electricity, no AC and no internet. Local SIM card coverage was very poor there. But its understandable because its in so remote location and getting fuel there for the generator is not easy. Electricity is the only negative side. Everything else was super

Positive: Amazing location and facilities. Beautiful views. Well equipped kitchen. Mostly private beach ( with the exception of a few people walking by) The staff were kind looking after a few stray dogs on the property.

Negative: Access to the property is quite difficult by car (though it is only a 35 minute walk through the jungle to get to the airport!) Limited internet access for the first day but this was resolved the next day.

Positive: Location was wonderful. Laurindo took care of the transfers as it is impossible to use a rental car to get there, and took us, for a fee, to town for dinner one night. There was no charge for our transfer from and to the airport. Laurendino also took us to a supermarket before taking us to the Ocean View. One needs to get groceries. He also was kind to arrange two boat trips to Goat Island. We were lucky to have the whole Guesthouse including the kitchen for ourselves. We enjoyed our stay! Thank you, Laurendino!

Negative: I wish there was a normal road that would connect the property to the outside world. There was no hot water, which made taking showers a bit uncomfortable.

Summary: Great place, great view, great private beach!
