Positive: it’s excellent in all round. we should stay here for one more nights instead of moving to Atami. The host is super responsive and all the beds are very comfortable. The kitchen is well equipped and there were coffee and oven for a nice and simple breakfast. The property is so lovely that we definitely will come again for our next diving trip in Ito. The onsen is very good too. There are 4 toilets at 2 storey and 2 bathrooms which is perfect for us.
Negative: there is a stairs at the entrance , around 10 steps. It’s alright for us to carry the suitcases up there but maybe not for a whole group of old visitors .
Summary: A lovely and memorable stay in Ito.

Positive: Although the house itself and its surroundings were fantastic, I would say that the ocean view through floor-to-ceiling windows was a big bonus. Another great aspect which doesn't always happens with rental properties is that this is clearly a house where the hosts live themselves and that means that it is extremely well equipped and everything works.

Positive: The beds were comfortable, the house was very clean and the owners were very responsive to all my questions. Everything was exactly as the pictures on booking.com
Negative: The only thing we didn't like is that the house is about a 3 minute drive from the beach and it was difficult to find parking at the beach.
Summary: Excellent and would recommend this property to others.

Positive: Views of the ocean from every room, huge spaces, luxurious linens and comfortable beds, lots of beach and sporting equipment available to use, easy drive from beaches and Shimoda, everything was super luxurious and this was the BEST house we've stayed at in Japan!
