Escape to tranquility and expansive views from ocean to estuary, at this beautifully renovated multi-level beach house at Pajaro Dunes. Enjoy four bedrooms, 3 1/2 baths, hot tub, 3 decks, a huge patio, bbq. Sorry no pets at the Dunes and decks here are not safe for kids under 5. Sleeps 10, elegant dining for 12. Five levels offer privacy.
Glide barefoot over gorgeous heated travertine floors and plush carpets. Updated kitchen and baths. Massive windows. Natural Redwood interiors. A wonderful family home during all four seasons. This stretch of Pajaro Dunes is a private nature preserve.
Easy access to the beach, down a short path then short staircase. High speed wifi and huge selection of cable tv channels. Perfect home for relaxing or working remotely.
The top level offers soaring ceilings and ocean views, a large deck, living room with fireplace, table, huge flatscreen tv and two generous sofas. An office nook expands this lively yet relaxing great room.
The entry level boasts a half bath and elegant ocean view primary suite with private deck.
The third level has a gourmet kitchen with granite counters and views, plus a huge dining area seating twelve, with views of the estuary.
The 4th level has a lovely room with a Queen bed and generous closet. This shares a bath with a room offering two sets of comfy twin built-in bunk beds. Walk directly through to the rear deck, barbecue and hot tub from this level, or access the hot tub and rear deck from the front of the home.
The ground level allows you to step directly onto a beautiful sandstone patio and into the dunes. Here you will find a full bath, one king sized bed, tv, gaming closet, small project table and laundry room.
The ocean expands along the horizon and is easily viewed from inside the master, great room or kitchen, or from generous decking. A magical eucalyptus grove toward the estuary behind, may be viewed from two of the guest bedrooms or the rear deck and spa. Lots of sports gear awaits your delight! Summary: This home on the Dunes with the beach in the background is a wonderful place to stay. Lots of windows and light, a deck with an ocean view, big kitchen, and a wonderful hot tub.

Summary: Everything was lovely with lots of room for 8 people. There are many steps and the living area is on the top level so I would definitely not recommend for anyone with mobility issues.

Summary: The number of bedrooms and bathrooms was perfect for the eight family members on our trip. The living spaces were a great size. The kitchen was easy to cook in and well equipped. The large dining table was ideal when my nephew’s family came to visit. We all enjoyed the beach and the wildlife. Janet, the property manager, was helpful and easy to communicate with. I would book again.

Summary: Property Manager was extremely helpful. She contacted us ahead of time to explain a new issue and also answered my questions re what was available at the house. House was well-equipped with children’s toys, games, sand toys, 2 beach chairs, kitchenware, etc.

Summary: My favorite part of this house was the extra long dining table. We enjoy preparing meals together as family and then enjoying them together and this table was perfect for allowing the whole group to gather and eat in one sitting. The kids room is perfect for allowing siblings and cousins to bond and the living room is set up in a way to encourage conversations. The beach is perfect for people who enjoy long quiet walks or competitive games of volleyball as well as those who want to explore nearby towns and attractions.

Summary: Well furnished, good location, needs maintenance. The upper rooms (kitchen, dining, living, master bath) are fine. The lower bedrooms have mildew and excess moisture. The lower full bath has rot in the wall giving a terrible odor. The hot tub went out, has a history.
