Enjoy unobstructed views of the ocean where seals, dolphins and otters frequently play in the surf and the occasional whales swimming by can be seen from the comfort of the living room. This south facing unit is located on the third floor with a vaulted ceiling and extra windows bringing in warm, coastal sunshine.
The unit is furnished with a California King in the primary bedroom. The second bedroom has a Queen and Twin bunk beds. The unit offers free Wi-Fi and a Smart 50-inch flat screen TV and DVD/Blu-Ray player in the living room. The primary bedroom has a second, 37-inch flat screen TV and DVD player. The Shorebirds complex is adjacent to Sunset State Beach and is ideal for long walks, shell collecting and sand castle building. Other popular activities include surfing, boogie boarding, fishing or playing basketball, tennis, or pickleball on the communityโs private courts. At night you can enjoy a bonfire on the beach or simply lull yourself to sleep with the calming sounds of the ocean waves.
Additionally, you can enjoy day trips to Monterey Bay Aquarium, Fishermanโs Wharf, Carmel, Capitola, Santa Cruz Beach Boardwalk and several local wineriesโฆall are just a short drive away.
