Summary: Everything you will need is there and then some. Pictures are true to the condo. It was the best experience we've had. Richard and Karen are so sweet to work with any questions we had. Would love to go back!

Summary: Lots of boat activity. Saw dolphins. Several restaurants within walking distance. Otherwise, over the bridge to Sanibel. Lots of shopping , good beaches, nice restaurants. Also , The Lighthouse a mile or so down the road is excellent. The condo is very spacious. The pool is a quick walk across parking lot. Very nice & well heated! People are very social. The owner , Dick was very easy to talk to . Had a minor problem with refrigerator, but I think it was our error! Building 2 seemed pretty quiet when we were there. King size bed in master would be a nice addition, but other than that good price for accommodations. We thought it was great!

Summary: View was amazing! Location worked beautifully for our needs! Condo was in a quiet area with a nice pool and hot tub. The condo was spacious and well stocked with kitchen appliances, bathroom supplies, and phone chargers by both sides of each bed. Highly recommend! We will return!

Summary: This unit is truly a "Hidden Gem"! Clean, neat, and comfy. Everything you could think of, was right at your finger tips. The water and sunset views were awesome. The owners were extremely helpful and quick responses. The residents of the Condo Assoc. were very charming. We will be back. Thank you, Karen & Rich for sharing your place!

Summary: This condo is lovely and clean and had everything we needed for our two week stay. We were delighted with the location, convenient to everything and had very nice grounds to walk a couple of miles for exercise. However it is the view that was the reason it was difficult to leave! - We worked, ate and hung out on the private lanai and watched the dolphins and pelicans. and the boats and the astounding sunsets. The hosts were gracious and communicative, which we really appreciated. We were delighted experience and hope to return for an even longer stay!

Summary: What a great property. Beautiful condo with incredible views. If you are fortunate you will also see dolphins. The owners were a joy to work with. Our family had a blast. We played tennis, shuffleboard, and took nice walks. Highly recommend this home.
