Heated Pool open for relaxation: Memorial Day weekend - September 15th. Walk on the beach at sunset, get breakfast or lunch nearby, enjoy the catch of the day at the seafood restaurant across the street, watch gulls and eagles fly overhead, or walk on the nearby Breakneck trail to see a waterfall. You can park in the garage and our driveway and then ride into town on the nearby Island Explorer bus. You can ride bikes or drive to the Acadia National Park Visitor Center about a half mile away and get onto the carriage paths from there.

Summary: Location is absolutely perfect and the home is exceptional. The sunrise over the water is gorgeous. It’s the most well appointed home I’ve ever stayed in. It’s a great home with ALL of the amenities you have in your own home. The kitchen has everything you need and there are cozy afghans, comfy beds and sofas, and lots of space! I highly recommend this property and look forward to staying there again.

Summary: "Ocean Views" was a perfect location for our Acadia National Park vacation. It was near the visitor's center where we then used the bus system to get to various parts of the park for our hikes each day. The house had large windows, lots of sunlight and gorgeous views of the ocean. The unit was well stocked with everything we needed (especially the kitchen) so we felt right at home. It was private, quiet and comfortable. Would highly recommend!

Summary: This was the first trip to Maine for myself my husband and our two children who are 8 and 10. We chose this location because of its proximity to Bar Harbor which was great. We could get into town and into Acadia easily but still be away from the crowds. Also loved that there were two restaurants right within walking distance and a great little coffee shop and general store as well as a gas station right outside of our doorstep. Loved waking up to water views from every window every morning. Property was extremely clean (probably one of the cleanest I’ve ever stayed in) and they had every single thing you could ever need in that property. Overall a great stay especially for the price and we will definitely be back the next time we visit the beautiful state of Maine!
