Welcome to Grand View. This 2-independent-floor house offers comfortable space for up to 6 guests.
The main/top floor of the property offers our guests two spacious bedrooms, two full bathrooms, an open-concept kitchen-dining-family area with TV, a large balcony, and a garage (storage) with an automatic door. Perfect for up to 4 guests in total privacy.
The downstairs features a beautiful and spacious studio with a third bedroom, right by the pool and covered terrace. It contains a full bathroom, kitchen, A/C, smart TV, sofa, and dining table. Perfect for up to 2 guests.

Summary: Great stay! The property was very clean. The only observations was that the ceiling fan in the master room didn’t seem to work. The master A/C worked so it wasn’t a major issue. The other observation is that the master bathroom had a bit of smell. We suspect it might be related to the septic tank return ventilation.
