Positive: Lots of useful stores near you. The apartment was very clean. The blue puffins staff are very responsive and helpful. The West Quay mall is just a 15-minute walk through a beautiful park nearby, which is really nice. Overall fantastic experience!

Positive: Location was good and it was a quiet area apart from a football night as it is close to the stadium. easy walking distance to all amenities.
Negative: It was not great to have to go off sight to collect and drop off the keys, I have stayed in lots of other properties and a key lock works best for us, although I can see how this wouldn't work for this one. The photographs have been cleverly taken and I would not book a one bedroom again as there was nowhere for our cases and we had 3 as we had travelled internationally. It says it would sleep 4 with a sofa bed that would be very very cosy. No room in the bedroom for cases or anything and the window is right on the road as is the sitting room, blinds were closed at all times. Parking is expensive if you time it right £8 a day as it is free from 8pm to 8 am. although having explored each flat does have an allocated parking space down below?
