Discover the region's best kept secret! The property enjoys expansive 180 degree ocean views of Warnbro Sound, Penguin Island and the Sisters. There is direct and private beach access from the back garden with ocean views from the ground and breath taking views from the second floor. There is no road or other obstruction between the property and the beach. Warnbo Sound was voted the number 1 Australian beach in 2007.
The property is a 5 bedroom, 2 bathroom, magnificent tri-level home located on a huge 2,375 sqm elevated site. Situated in expansive Balinese Style landscaped gardens, in native coastal vegetation the house is tastefully furnished with a combination of modern western and antique furniture collected from across Asia.
Retire to either the upper balcony or the beach to watch wonderful sunsets over the Indian Ocean.
PRIVATE BEACH ACCESS
Outdoor living - there is an extensive outside entertainment area on the ground floor with patio decking, including: built in barbeque, comfortable outdoor furniture made from teak with a large 2.2 m teak table, plus 8 chairs, in addition to a 5 seat outdoor rattan sofa setting. Sit outside on the deck at night and feel like you are in Bali with cool summery breezes and the sound of the ocean waves as background music.
Living Room - large leather sofa and a 55’ Samsung QLED Smart TV.
2nd Floor - a large balcony with uninterrupted ocean views of Warnbro Sound with access onto the balcony from the living room and the master bedroom. The living room on the 2nd Floor, has modern leather sofas and a built-in bar.
Kitchen
West Australian Jarrah cabinets compliment a fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances including, oven, microwave, fridge (610 litre) & dishwasher. There is also a formal dining room with a dining table on the ground floor.

The property can accommodate up to 8. Sleep in complete 5 star Westin Hotel luxury with the famous Heavenly beds made by King Koil: 2 x King beds (180 cm x 200 cm), 1 x Queen bed & 2 x Single King (120 cm x 200 cm). All bed linen is supplied including bathroom and beach towels.
Master Bedroom
Imagine laying in bed and hearing the waves break at night. That is how close the beach is! Breathe the sweet freshness of the morning sea breeze. Or lay in bed overlooking the ocean. The master bedroom has direct access to the outside balcony with 2 teak Sorento Settees (with Ottomans) and a small coffee table to sit and relax whilst watching the sunset over the Indian Ocean in private solitude. Other features: walk in robe.

The house is full of amenities. For your convenience you will find a washing machine & dryer, dishwasher, big screen 55’ TV. The property has wireless internet access. Bring your boat and / or caravan there is plenty of room in the carport and driveway. Parking for 2 cars inside the garage and up to 6 cars in the driveway.
In the winter months a slow combustion wood fire, set in a protected area of the back deck, allows you to still enjoy the closeness of nature and the beach. Inside the house, comfy couches and a selection of books are a wonderful way to pass the time.
Perfect for a Wine Club getaway, Book Club weekend for the girls or Boys Golf getaway..
Please note: the house is not air-conditioned but is built on top of a hill and being only meters from the beach, enjoys natures air-conditioning from the cooling sea breeze (known by locals as the Fremantle Doctor).

Summary: We loved our stay at Oceana Sunset! The view and proximity to the beach were spectacular! My favorites were my morning coffee and often evening wine on the upper balcony watching the ocean and sunset! We ate all our meals at the large outdoor table, and really enjoyed the barbecue and fireplace. The kitchen had everything we needed and having two indoor lounge areas was really nice for our family! We loved this house and will definitely stay again!

Summary: Beautiful holiday acommodation, special and quiet location, close to everything, spacious layout, large bedrooms, comfy beds, arrive with your groceries ... everything else is there. Checkin instructions arrived in the email before check-in time and couldn't be easier. The less than 5 minute walk via private access to the beach is brilliant. I can't speak highly enough of James the owner for his responsiveness to our only issue. The hot water system had failed but instead of mucking around to try fix it he sourced a plumber that same morning and had the system replaced within hours so hot water was available by late afternoon. He also followed up early evening to ensure the new system was performing. This property is absolutely brilliant for families with 5 bedrooms and all other amenities available including undercover barbeque area complete with wood burner fire place for cooler nights. My only warning to prospective holiday makers is the property is of an age when disabled access was not a priority so although access for wheel chairs is possible the homes layout will be challenging for wheel chair manoeuvrability.

Summary: This property is amazing! Its in a beautiful location with ocean view and a short walk to the beach. The house is huge and fit our party of six with no problem. It is a very well kept place with lots of extras. The kitchen was stocked with all the dishes and everything else you would need to cook. The barbeque worked great and outside areas were perfect. The beds were extremely comfortable. We couldn't have asked for a better place to stay and will stay again next time we visit. James was very easy to communicate. I give this place 5 stars! A++++

Summary: We had an incredible family holiday at this property! The sunsets were absolutely breathtaking, and the direct access to the beach made it so easy to take the kids down to the beach each morning. The house has everything you could need for a great stay. The host, James was lovely and went above and beyond to accommodate our booking requests, making the whole experience smooth and stress-free. It’s a fantastic place for families looking for a peaceful, relaxing beach getaway. Highly recommend, and we can’t wait to come back!

Summary: Couldn't have been happier with our stay in Warnbro. The house was an amazing landing spot for a family visit to the area - first time together since the pandemic. The kitchen had all we needed for prepping food on site, there were multiple heaters and blankets (which we needed for a few days!), and the location to the beach couldn't be beat. Easy trips to Rockingham Foreshore, the train station, and day trips to Perth and Mandurah. Home was very clean and everything working properly. Excellent communication throughout our stay with the owners. We hope we stay at this property for our next family visit!

Summary: We had a great stay at Oceana Sunset. We used to live in the neighbourhood and had returned for a wedding, so it was fantastic proximity for visiting our friends and “our” beach. In addition to this, the home itself has a pathway to the beach which was great fir the kids and us alike. We hope to book again next time we travel back to Warnbro. Thank you James and Thuy.

Summary: We really enjoyed our 3 week's stay in Warnbro and the Oceana Sunset proved to be the ideal base to visit family, see more of WA and relax on the beach... The Oceana Sunset is a vast property that is ideally located next to a beautiful beach in a quiet area. Situated in beautiful gardens, the house has an extensive patio/deck area and an upstairs balcony so you can really enjoy the excellent views and outside space. The house is well equipped and has ample space to easily accommodate large families/groups for extended periods.
