Positive: Apartment was spotless. Very modern and had everything you need for a self catering holiday. The bed was very comfortable and also the sofa bed. Shower was good and air conditioning perfect. The bar staff were friendly and helped with any issues we had.

Positive: The apartment was great , beautiful and very comfortable. The kitchen had all the necessary appliances and for the two of us it was ideal . The bedroom was comfortable, bed is a decent size , lots of wardrobe space and the bathroom and shower pressure were great. The lounge and dining area are a great size and it was nice to have the tv so that we could watch a film one evening. In terms of location, the apartment is ideally located down the road from Golden coast beach , very close to Protaras strip , supermarkets and short drive to all the other beautiful beaches. Parking in the complex was convenient and although we didn't use it very much , the on site pool is nice and clean . Love the manual in the apartment , super helpful and well organised. Lovely little terrace to sit on in the evening or to have morning coffee. Our host was very helpful and always responded to any messages we sent . Would definitely come back to the apartment again .

Negative: When we arrived at 6.30am the keys were not in the key safe due to a misunderstanding with the time of arrival between the building manager and our host (from what the building manager explained at length!) . Unfortunately due to this we had to wait outside for an hour (knackered and just off a plane) and the apartment when we managed to get in, wasn't clean and ready for us which was also frustrating. However, the building manager quickly organised for it to be cleaned while we went out. We also had a slight misunderstanding with the building manager on the electricity usage- this is done with prepaid top up cards, ours ran out after 4 days of our 9 day stay (we were told it should last a week) , even though we were out all day and most of the evening and when it ran out there was no one around to give us a top up card...which we were then told off for, for not notifying that it was close to its end. Having never used electricity top up cards and not being told that it would run out so soon and that we had to notify beforehand I was slightly taken aback by the building managers attitude towards this and would recommend changing this set up in the future. It was uncomfortable for us and I didn't like the way were treated in this situation. I would suggest in the future providing electricity top up cards in the apartment that guests can pay for when they check out/ or ask guests to pay a deposit for the cards on arrival and return the deposit for cards not used. There are I'm sure many ways to do this but I think it would be best to avoid guests being at the mercy of someone else's availability and time in order to get the lights and aircon on whilst on holiday in 38 degrees! I would also recommend more towels in the apartment , which after requesting, received 2 days later.

Positive: Quite comfortable apartment. Within easy reach are some pretty good restaurants. The beach is close enough.

Negative: It was very hot to be in the living room because the air conditioning did not work. Its good that at least the air conditioner that was in the bedroom worked.
