Summary: Windows dirty, issues with shower door, didn't know it has stairs, difficult for my 80 year old mother. Basic condiments, tea, sugar not available, empty hand wash, balcony dirty. Close location to shops. Wrong code on check in. Overall very average and disappointing.

Summary: Awesome location close to main attractions in kiama walking distance to the beach, the blowhole, supermarket, shops and didnt need to worry about the traffic when leaving the fireworks on new year eve jusy walked back less stressful. Super easy to get into room and no stress over losing a key with pinpad access.
