There are five TVs, and high speed WiFi! The living room has a large flat screen TV with premium cable service and a DVD (Blu Ray) player. Each bedroom has a flat screen TV streaming Netflix. The kids and teenagers will enjoy the bunk/futon bedroom configuration, especially when they can retreat to their own room which also has a DVD (Blue Ray) player. Make sure you keep one of the two beautiful ocean front bedrooms for yourself.
This unit has a full length front deck with marsh views, and a full length oceanfront back deck, so you can enjoy all that Holden Beach has to offer. A boardwalk right from your back deck takes you over the dunes to the ocean’s edge. Summary: Our stay at Sunrise was so delightful. The property is very well maintained and appointed. Everything you could need in the kitchen and all in excellent condition. Some very nice touches from the welcome gifts to the automatic lights on the staircase.

Summary: We had a girls week - just three of us and we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves!! Everything from the house, the accommodations, the beach and the surroundings were perfect. Robert and Ellen couldn’t have been any more accommodating and we enjoyed spending the week with them occupying the lower level. We can’t wait to go back!!

Summary: Such a great cottage and it met all our expectations and more. We arrived to special treats as a welcome and found all the necessities of home. The decks were comfy and the rocking chairs welcoming. The beds were perfect and our downstairs neighbors were great! Great week and will go back…can’t wait
