Summary: It was a cozy condo at the north end o Avalon. We had a great view of the Ocean and the towns north of Avalon. We were close to downtown and even though it was the off season there were enough places open.

Summary: The property was lovely and very nicely decorated. The appliances were great. The only problem area that we noticed: black mold around the bottom of the shower walls. The fireplace was also not working, which was ok. It was pretty cold for part of our stay and we could have used it, but the furnace did fine. Would definitely stay here again. Thank you.

Summary: This unit is light and beautifully located -- lovely views and convenient to Avalon's wonderfully beaches. Essential things worked well although communication was not always clear up to and including departure when we were told to leave soiled linens at on the floor at the foot of the bed even though no linens were provided. There is a working washer.dryer although we were told there was none, only a laundry room somewhere in the complex. We were sorry to find the fireplace not working. We stayed in this complex many years ago and were very happy to have a chance to relive those visits in a location that never disappoints.

Summary: We really enjoyed staying at this condo. It was super clean and well equipped. There was a keurig machine as well. Nice view from the patio of the ocean with a rock wall border. To get to the beach it is a short 5 minutes walk. The beach was beautiful:). Beware...in early April not much in open in this area but you can drive to Cape May to shop at gift shops, have ice cream and find many restaurants open.
