Welcome to Seascape by IRIS PROPERTIES!
Seascape is a beautiful oceanfront vacation property located just 10 minute walk from downtown Sooke with many bakeries, shops, and natural attractions. Sooke is the gateway to the rugged west coast with incredible beaches, hiking, surfing, and so much more in the area.
Please take special note that the property is comprised of 5 different rental units spread across the property. Some of the units share walls so please be courteous of your neighbours.
Communal areas of the property include the private dock, beach access (on low tide), and the front grassy area and deck overlooking the ocean. Each of the units also has it's own private sitting and outdoor areas. There is also a shared/communal laundry facility on site to be used between the hours of 9 AM-7PM.
We rent to family groups, couples, and visitors from around the globe. We do not cater to any party groups whatsoever. This is a tranquil and quiet area, and we like to rent to groups looking to enjoy the peaceful environment offered in beautiful Sooke.
SEASCAPE BEACH HOUSE
Offering a private balcony with a hot tub and ocean views and a patio with BBQ, this open-spaced house enjoys air-conditioning, a propane fireplace and large flatscreen TV with cable in the seating area.
Note: in order to access the Beach House you must walk down a large and steep set of stairs (see photos for more info, be mindful if you plan to bring a lot of luggage!).

Summary: The property was beautiful, just what we were looking for. The views of the water were incredible and the house itself was clean and decorated beautifully. The hot tub was private and perfect for two. Very close to amenities but it's so quiet you'd never know. Check-in was easy and independent and customer service by text was friendly and relatively quick. We will definitely return!

Summary: We stayed here for our honeymoon and it could not have been a better place for us to spend our first week as a married couple. The view is gorgeous. It’s very private and there was nobody around us. It was cozy within a fun little town. There was a grocery store just up the road so we bought our own food and cooked in a few nights. They had all of the essential kitchen appliances. It’s about a 30 minute drive to Victoria and there isn’t a ton to do directly in Sooke so you definitely need a car if you’re staying here. We would have been great staying in at this location the entire time though, the view was absolutely stunning! Overall, highly recommend!

Summary: My husband and I wanted a relaxing getaway and this lovely cottage provided it. Fairly well equipped, owners responsive, and very clean. We hiked during the day and came home to a hot tub which remedied stiff, fatigued muscles. Great location, not far from the Juan de Fuca marine trail and East Sooke regional park. Close to the potholes as well and the town. Great trip!

Summary: Close to the water, with an unobstructed view, this detached cottage-style beach house was well-appointed and immaculate. We loved the feeling of seclusion, yet just minutes by car to stores and services. If you have any mobility issues, however, the 48-step stairs down to the unit would be a problem.
