Come evening, head back out to the deck to watch magnificent sunsets as orange and pink hues blend beautifully across the sky. Summary: The listing doesn’t show what the house is actually like. It’s old, run down and smells HORRIBLE!! Think dead fish left in grandmas closet with moth balls. Fridge has brown sticky rust down the front of it, the coffee pot was soooo disgusting we bought a new one and left it there for the next people, we couldn’t open the oven without the handle coming off, couldn’t play ping pong because the smell of dead fish in that room was unbarreable. Beds were all super uncomfortable, no one wanted to shower in the dirty bathrooms, and they should mention something about how to find the house and limited parking because it was so hard to find and park multiple cars in. For a house with 11 beds they should also add more seating where everyone can be together. 1 couch and a love seat is not enough. Most people sat on old uncomfortable dining chairs. The owners really need to fix and update things before continuing using it as a rental.

Summary: I've never seen a house with this layout! A large foyer has doors onto an ample dining room, a huge kitchen with its own dining table, and a cozy living room with a big fireplace and a full wall of windows. Upstairs has a master suite, another bedroom with a queen bed, and a library with a bed as well. Then downstairs there are three sets of bunk beds and a couch that's comfy to sleep on as well. All this plus three full bathrooms; no one in your party is going to need to wait for a bathroom! Now, the bath and kitchen fixtures are pretty dated; maybe that's charming for you, maybe it will seem dingy. The rental is more reasonable than others in the area though. My group of six was happy and comfy there for a weekend family reunion. Do note that the driveway is a bit hard to find. Google maps seemed to suggest that you needed to turn on 218th but the house has it's own driveway with the number on the fence, next to a Vacasa sign. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would happily stay there again.

Summary: The house is beautiful and was a wonderful base for beach trips. It also had a ping pong table and was well stocked with games and puzzles for rainy days. It was a beautiful summer stay.

Summary: Our group of 10 enjoyed our stay! The house was cozy and supplied, and beautifully situatedin walking distance to the beach. One thing to note is that the two bedrooms in the basement are connected, as in, you have to walk through the large bedroom with all the beds (and no door) to get to the back bedroom with the bunk bed.
