Negative: Pool equipment out back porch noisy non stop and pool pumps running non stop outside back window. Could not sleep with window open or hear the ocean from our porch. You have to step on pool grate to walk into yard entire length of porch super noisy.

Positive: Loved all the space! It’s such a nice atmosphere and a nice little walk to the beach access. Just long enough my toddler could walk to the beach play and walk back.
Negative: It was warm inside and we had a hard time cooling it down. We kept the windows open at night and luckily brought our own fan. It was nice that all the rooms had ceiling fans, that helped circulate the air.
Summary: A wonderful place we will definitely be staying again!

Positive: On the positive side, the view and location were incredible. Unfortunately, those were the only positives. One of the beds had a trough down the center so would not comfortably hold two people as it caused each to roll to the center of the bed. The couch was broken and filthy under the cushions. Access codes were not sent, so were not able to get in and had to wait until the codes were sent. The TV remote wouldn't work nor did the remote for the ceiling fan in the bedroom. The heaters were all off, but it was still very warm inside, so had to leave all the windows open for comfort. The unit was on the ground floor and everything the people upstairs did sounded as if it was in the room with us. Could hear every word and every footstep. Would not rent this place again.

Negative: The hot tub was dirty, and you could tell that they were just putting chemicals and over and over and over again. It hadn’t actually been cleaned in a long time. There was a residue, build up all around the edges, and in all of the grooves in the seats. Positive: Location and ability to sit and watch the ocean. The hot tub and underground parking were nice amenities as well.
Negative: We didn’t have a lot of dishes and then realized the dishwasher wasn’t unloaded from the group before us until the night before we left. Also, the refrigerator filter needs to be changed and there was no ice 😟
