Positive: It was close to the beach. It had adequate bedrooms and bathrooms.
Negative: Dirty windows and screens Dust on surfaces, corners, under couches Washer/dryer in back closet in downstairs bedroom(not easily accessible) Dishwasher didn’t work properly, pod didn’t dissolve, dishes and silverware greasy, had to remove them all and wash in the sink. Clutter around outside, weeds, dirty outdoor furniture. Dog at neighbors came over and frightened mine and jumped on the deck furniture. Last evening another dog but it stayed on own property.
Summary: We were disappointed, especially for the price. Facility is not at all like the pictures show.

Positive: The location was great, beds were comfortable. Very nice for a large family but to bring friends would be difficult due to the single bathroom.
Summary: This is a beautiful place right on the ocean and with spectacular sunsets!

Positive: Couldn't ask for a better location or view. Many beautiful rooms in the house including the sunroom, living and dining spaces and outdoor deck space. The free wine and snacks were thoughtful and a welcome sight and good. Upstairs bathroom sunlight lets in beautiful natural light. Liked there was a keurig. Nice flooring and rugs. Comfortable beds and furniture. Beautiful view and sunset and wildlife.
Negative: The doors are hard to unlock. Luckily I have experience with stubborn locks. I don't think my daughters or boyfriend could do it on their own at least at first. I was a little concerned about only a very small window in one of the upstairs bedroom for fire safety purposes. The upstairs bathtub needed cleaned before use.
Summary: Wonderful and memorable ocean stay in beautiful home with great view and obviously thoughtful host!

Positive: The location is excellent! The kitchen is loaded with everything you need and even more. The whole house is clean and very inviting. This beach house has EVERYTHING every beach house suppose to have, we enjoyed every moment of our stay. Thank You to the host for the complimentary wine & beer! It was a pleasant surprise :)
Negative: The shower cabin was a bit small and needs some improvement.
