BEACH NOTE- the wet sand beach is only available in spring/summer low tides, it changes time from 6 am to noon on different days.
There are usually no low tides in the afternoon.
When the wet sand is exposed there is about 50 more feet underwater to about waist deep.
When tides are higher you can still go down the steps and walk around and over large rocks to the water, 1,000 feet of wet sand,

Summary: Robertโ€™s property is a hidden gem. Spectacular views from each room and very private. Itโ€™s the perfect little get away destination to recharge. The hosts are very responsive and helpful. I would highly recommend this property and look forward to staying again in the future.

Summary: This suite has great views of the water, indoor/outdoor areas and is fully updated with modern, classy finishes. The hosts were easy to communicate with. The suite is very spacious but is not a stand alone property. It is connected to a larger home with a separate entrance which was difficult to tell from the listing. The patio/hot tub area is great but can be seen from the windows of the connected house. Overall a fun place to stay and would recommend/go back in summer months.

Summary: The view was beautiful and the property was great. The hot tub was clean and well maintained. Rob was a fantastic host whose emails prior to and during the stay helped us to plan our days. There were lots of opportunities to relax and take in the scenery and wildlife. We definitely plan to return.

Summary: Myself and a friend stayed in the 2 bedroom suite and it far exceeded our expectations. The view is absolutely breathtaking I didnโ€™t want to leave! The unit was clean, modern finishings as pictured with all the amenities you can imagine. The hot tub was amazing to watch the sunsets at night. This was such an amazing experience and our trip would not have been anything as amazing if we stayed anywhere else. We will definitely be returning with our partners next time!

Summary: We spent four nights here in the east suite (2 beds, 2 baths) and wished we could have stayed longer. First, the unit - it is almost brand new and is very well equipped with everything we needed. The highlight was the fabulous hot tub with its amazing view of the ocean. We were in the hot tub usually twice a day, using the big new beach towels provided, (which we were able to dry off in the washer/dryer). Also, in the master bedroom there is a huge shower with two big rain shower heads. Plus the WiFi is good - strong enough to handle an important business matter I needed to do while there. Second, the owner, Rob, is extremely helpful. He lives in the unit above, and when it got cold one night came to our place with the offer of heaters and blankets. He also has a great information package with directions, restaurants and activities. Finally, the view is fascinating. The ocean is constantly changing, the clouds and mists come and go, the fishing boats come by and something (an otter?) was swimming in the water. All in all, a lovely place. We hope to return.

Summary: We had a wonderful time here. Jacuzzi was wonderful to unwind. Unit was clean and well stocked. Being next to the ocean was quite relaxing. Rob and Lynn made us feel right at home and were both friendly and accommodating. We would recommend this listing very much and hope to stay here again.
