Summary: There were 9 of us traveling with 3 kids, and the house was fantastic for us. We had a pool, 2 kitchens and space. We were also close to some great ocean front bars and restaurants that had great snacks. Juan and Felix couldnt have been nicer and more accommodating, even helping my father in law get a guitar to play on one of the last nights!

Summary: We had an amazing time staying here. The house had everything we needed, including little extras we weren’t expecting. Even with the country wide power outage, we had everything we needed with the back up generator. The hosts were great communicating with us over the power outage. The house is a little dated inside but everything worked great. As others said, the pool was not heated but we didn’t mind it so much. We especially appreciated the items provided in the garage like beach chairs, umbrellas, bikes, etc. Felix was great and was there if we needed anything. We visited a few restaurants along the coast in Aguada but we spent most of the time in Rincon as the shops and restaurants were a little more our style. I’d highly recommend staying at this house.

Summary: We had two separate families stay at the property - we each took a floor. Worked great! Beds were very comfortable and all of the amenities were nice to have - beach chairs, boogie boards, etc. Also was very clean!

Summary: We loved this property and its location. The separate quarters over two different floors worked well for our family reunion. The beach is right outside, and the pool was great. The sunset views from the second floor deck were perfect. The house had everything we needed, and Felix, the host/property manager was super responsive.

Summary: As a surfing family this location was ideal. Sandy beach, great breaks, and crystal clear water. Selcluded seashell walks along the beach and probably some of the best sunrises and sunsets we’ve seen. The grassy area on the beach on the property was perfect to sit in during some very windy periods. Aguada is a very cute little town and the farmers market had some unique local artwork. All the toys for the beach and pool were perfect for what we needed. The property manager, Felix, was extremely helpful with anything that was needed if we had a question. Marvelous.

Summary: It is a great house and well-kept for being so close to the water! Lots of bikes, body boards, paddle boards, and anything else you would want for the beach. The rooms are large, and the AC is good throughout the house. Rooftop decks for watching the sunsets! We lost power on New Year’s Eve but the home is prepared for this with solar and generator backup! Our only complaint would be the condition of the beach, I get it’s not something you would advertise hopefully this problem gets rectified in the near future!

Summary: We loved watching and hearing the waves. The beach had a large collection of driftwood which needed to be navigated. Steps down from grass would have been an improvement. Existing steps need help. Family loved searching for sea glass. Thank you for the warning us about undercurrent. Thank you for having equipment for beach.
