Summary: Absolutely loved the fact that the home was right on the beach, just down the stairs, a very very short walk across a sand patch, and you’re on the beach. The home (as mentioned in MANY other reviews) wasn’t very well kept. Soon arrival there was urine in and on the first toilet. The fridge wouldn’t cool. The upstairs has a curtain and air vent that is covered in mold. There is a king size bed upstairs that sits on a bed frame, the bed was broken. Broken as in the legs under is were broke and made the bed tilt. Also, as mentioned in other reviews, the shower in the master bathroom and very little pressure. Back to the upstairs, my husband had to fix the door handle that led to the outside because it was falling off. Be prepared to wake up sweating due to the air being shut off. Other than minor details and some health hazards the home is beautiful. I hope things are actually getting fixed and not just being said they’re getting fixed. Thank you for the great stay!

Summary: The layout of the house is great. Lots of room. Really the only problems are the mosquitoes and the air conditioner is difficult. Other than that, it’s great.

Summary: The views from the decks are so amazing, we just finished our second stay in this house! You really just can’t beat the views from the kitchen table windows either . They just updated the ovens and changed out some decor- nice touch but we are in it for the location and the views! Gina was great too and sent a repairman out quickly when we had an issue with a door. We will be back !

Summary: This is a very beautiful ocean front beach house. But there is some updates needs to be done for it to become an amazing house for vacation spot. The downstairs master bathroom has a leak from the upstairs bathroom. Upstairs king bed looks like a taco it’s way over due for a new bed! The living room sofa needs replacement or have a better covering. The ground floor has a shower for rainse off the sand but all the knobs are mess up. We even try to fix it. I wish the owner can see by fixing these small issues will make this beach house an amazing place for vacationers. We still enjoy our time at this house. It’s very close to the beach. I really appreciate Gina from the management on how she took care of us when we needed. Thank you for making our stay comfortable.

Summary: The home was big and roomy. It’s right on the beach. Everything is convenient. Our kids loved it. Clean got everything more then we needed. We would stay there again.

Summary: We all loved the house. It is very spacious. It is a great floor plan for a mixed group of people. The stairs are not too steep so that was nice for our elderly dog. Yes, they are pet friendly too. I would rent this property again for sure!

Summary: This house was as fabulous as the pictures show! We absolutely loved it. Bed was comfy. Fridge worked great. The view was amazing. Plenty of room. Plenty of pots and pans, plates, silverware. Wish we could have brought all our kids and grandkids like usual, but jobs would not allow. My only complaint…and it’s a small one, was the guest bedroom on the main floor had a mattress and box spring on the floor without a frame. I’d have been embarrassed to ask one of the kids to take that room. Beds need frames. We’re not in college! Other than that…wow! May be back for our 33rd anniversary next year!
