Bartlett's Beach House is a charming oceanfront home that has stunning ocean views with a Tesla EV charger. You can relax the day away in the living area that offers spectacular views of the ocean from comfortable couches, a door that leads directly to the beach, and a flatscreen TV with DVD and WiFi. If you decide to venture out, the beach is just steps away and the walk to town is an easy eight blocks away.
The kitchen is fully equipped and includes a butcher-block island, Keurig coffee maker, dishwasher, and enclosed laundry. Wake up in the main bedroom and gaze out the sliding glass door at the waves crashing on the beach, the occasional deer, and an array of sea and land-based birds (hummingbirds, songbirds, raptors, seagulls). You also have a half bath and a deck overlooking the ocean and headlands when you step through the sliding glass door. The second bedroom has a window that faces a private fenced yard. South-facing clearstory windows in both bedrooms ensure maximum natural light.

Summary: This beautiful re-done beach cottage was perferet. It was in walking distance to the town and right on the stunning beach. You could walk for miles, go for a run, ride horses, play in the sand/water. The cottage was very well appointed. It had everything we needed and more. Would recomend with hesitation!

Summary: The location was terrific—we walked to the beach several times a day. The view from the inside was likewise ideal. The home’s size was perfect for a family of four and we appreciated all the natural light. Unfortunately, the fridge was dirty upon arrival and I’d echo an earlier review stating the house needs a deep clean. Additionally, for light sleepers, the styrofoam ceiling was louder than the ocean at periods during night. For strong sleepers (like my kids), this won’t be a problem. The property managers were super responsive and understanding. Overall, it’s a great spot—just pack ear plugs in case.

Summary: We had a great time, the property was quite clean and had plenty of towels and linens and dishwear etc. Beautiful location right on the beach and close to town. Couldn't have asked for more.

Summary: We loved Bartlett's Beach House. Clean and comfortable with a great view of the ocean from living room and kitchen, but privately located way back behind the dunes (tho still walkable straight to beach). Very private from the nearby houses on either side and an easy walk into town. Very tastefully decorated with good quality cooking pans. Comfortable for 2-4 guests. Very impressed with Covid-cleaning communication we received well in advance, and at check-in/check-out. Also very impressed with how seriously all the shops in town took mask-wearing, with hand sanitizing stations at the entry to every shop we visited. This helped encourage all guests no matter where they traveled from, to use proper masking and distancing and I felt very safe on my first out of town visit in 6 months! Summary: this was stay #3 for me at the cottage, and its glorious light and outstanding location never disappoint. These 2 factors alone make it worth return visits. I will say that it seemed slightly more tired and not as immaculate as last summer's visit. Possibly this is from all the understandable heavy use it gets. It might benefit from a deep facial at some point: baseboards, wiping down walls, cleaning air vents, and some eventual linen upgrades. But these things are minor. The feel of the space is unmatched and I wouldn't hesitate to return. This review was submitted while the home was managed by a different property management company
