There is a 50' wall mounted flat screen for master bedroom viewing pleasure and walk in closet and dressing area designed by California closets. The spa like master bath offers a large walk in shower complete with in shower seating.

Next find your way to the 'surprise' in the 2nd bedroom! Our surprise for you will delight everyone of all ages! Your 2nd bedroom has two full size FLOATING beds!! and 42" flat screen wall mounted TV. (2nd bedroom sleeps 4). There is a full guest bathroom accessible from both the main living areas and 2nd bedroom.

Daytona is only about 5 minutes away but you escape the crowds and congestion etc. There are fabulous farmers markets in the town square that have wonderful fresh produce this time of year and we usually stock up on oranges and grapefruit and make fresh juice using the juicer (in the kitchen island drawer). There is a new Publix grocery store within walking distance and also a small homemade doughnut shop that makes the BEST doughnuts! - but you have to get there early for a good selection as the locals grab them up 😉! There are also numerous nationally recognized Art festivals that are so fun to stroll through.. St. Augustine is only about 35-40 minutes away, Kennedy Space center is a great excursion, and Orlando/ Disney etc is about 60 minutes. It is very popular with many of our couples or families make day trips to the Disney/Universal theme parks and then come home to sleep with the waves and enjoy the beach in between a day trip. It is a wonderful option because you can enjoy the parks and the beach during the same week!
Our beach and large oceanfront pool is a magnificent private beach accessed only through our building. We are 100% non smoking and no pet property. (We love pets but are unable to accommodate them at this property).
There is so much more this property offers such as washer and dryer, all linens and towels, free wifi, etc etc!

Summary: Beachfront was perfect - amazing view and there is nothing like hearing the peaceful ocean wherever you want. The condo had beautiful interior design and all furnishings were great. Susan was absolutely outstanding with communication, recommendations and was very accomodating (i.e. made sure we had a pack and play for our baby).If I am being really picky, the condo location wasn't as walkable as I thought.

Summary: Wow what an amazing place and an amazing host! Susan was so nice and accommodating, giving us a whole list of fun stuff to do and delicious places to eat. Beautiful condo on the perfect height floor. Listened to the calming waves every night in bed. We searched a lot of places before deciding on this one and we definitely made the right decision. Summary: First of all, I would like to say the host, Susan, was an absolute pleasure. I chose her property based on the decor and the views. Once we arrived, we were not disappointed. The building itself is a bit dated but her condo exceeded my expectations. The property was very clean and smelled AMAZING. The views were excellent and I'm going to miss the sound of the waves outside of my window. If I'm ever in the Daytona/Ormond Beach area again, I would not hesitate to stay here. There's a wide selection of restaurants near by as well as a Publix basically across the street. Susan was kind enough to provide an extensive list of places to eat and things to do. We thoroughly enjoyed our 5 days at this property.
