In addition to the glorious interior at 1872 Beachside Tennis, you will no doubt enjoy the sweeping view of the Atlantic Ocean and Calibogue Sound- stunning and visible from nearly every room. These 180+ degree water views are only available on the 4 "corner" units at Beachside Tennis.
The superb South Beach location (oceanfront, 2nd floor corner WITH ELEVATOR) and comfort of this villa make it a rapidly rising star in our Luxe collection. We've installed smart TV's and offer high speed WiFi with secure connection. Plus- the beach and oceanfront pool are literally right outside your door.
This villa boasts an exceptionally outfitted kitchen, opening into a dining area with seating for 4, and beyond to the living area and wrap-around waterfront balcony.
The spacious living area features a 65" LCD flat screen HDTV, and Sonos sound. Please note there are now lovely, custom double curtains on the large sliding door and glass in the living room.
Two bedrooms (1 King, 2 Queens) each boast the comfiest bed linens we could find, with fluffy pillows as well as all digital TV, and each features en suite bath.
Please inquire for a complete list of Luxe amenities including Kiehl's and Mrs. Myers products, and to speak with a specialized BESTNEST/Luxe concierge.
PAYMENTS: For reservations made thirty (30) days or less days prior to arrival, payment in full is due at the time the reservation is made. For reservations made thirty one (31) days or more prior to arrival, payment of 25% of the total is required, and the full amount of travel insurance premium, if accepted, is required at the time of booking. The balance of the final total is required thirty (30) days prior to arrival. Long term winter reservations policy differs- please inquire.
CANCELLATIONS: You are welcome to cancel your reservation without penalty and receive full refund of your deposit up to 31 days prior to arrival. Cancellations made 14 days to 30 days prior to arrival will receive a 50% refund of total payment. At 13 days prior to arrival, your reservation becomes noncancelable and non-refundable. Travel insurance is always highly recommended.
HOW FAR TO BEACH: Simply head down the elevator or stairs and across the boardwalk-- and you're there!
POOL: Oceanfront -- Pool open April - September (not heated).
PETS AND PEOPLE: So sorry, we only accept human guests at this villa, and a strict maximum of 4.
WHAT’S INCLUDED: Your property will come stocked with all of the household amenities you will need for the duration of your stay, including trash bags, dish soaps, perfume free laundry products, paper towels, bath tissues, and much more. We also stock beach toys, beach chairs and umbrellas, even a mini Shibumi beach shade. All you have to do is come and enjoy.

The view was wonderful too! We loved watching the wildlife feom the balcony...from the deer to the dolphins! This really was a wonderful vacation and this condo just made everything better. Not a detail was left out! We appreciated the beach chairs and sun shade...one thing we didn’t have to worry bringing from home! We would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Summary: Not only is this property stunning, but it is also expertly equipped with anything you could ever think of in the kitchen. Also, it is the little things that count - having Kiehls soaps, nice tissues, toilet paper, paper towels, dish washing and laundry detergent soap, etc that is good quality and isn’t limited in quantity is so nice to have.

Especially loved watching the deer throughout the day. The villa is incredible, very clean and stocked like you were home. Everything has been thought of from supplies to comfortable beds and linens. Such a beautiful place and steps away from the beach. We didn't want to leave and look forward to another visit. Everyone from the rental agency was great as well. The kitchen was well stocked with all amenities needed to make a delicious meal. Nothing was overlooked and it was such a treat NOT to have to call housekeeping upon our arrival for something that either wasn’t working or needed to be cleaned. The view was ideal and the pool was well maintained. Five stars for sure!
