We are thrilled to present 'Beach Haven,' a professionally decorated condo offering everything you need for an unforgettable Sandbridge vacation. This stunning unit boasts direct ocean and beach views, with beautiful natural light filling every room.
'Beach Haven' features three bedrooms and two full bathrooms. The spacious primary suite includes a king bed, private balcony access with a gorgeous ocean view – perfect for watching the sunrise! It also offers a large walk-in closet and a luxurious private bath with a jacuzzi-style tub, double sinks, and a separate shower. The second bedroom is furnished with a comfortable queen bed and a large desk for any remote work needs. The third bedroom is ideal for families, offering two sets of twin bunk beds that can sleep up to four guests. These two bedrooms share a large hall bath. For your entertainment, all bedrooms are equipped with new SMART TVs. Just remember to bring your passwords!
The large kitchen, recently updated with a new refrigerator, microwave, and wine/beverage fridge, offers a stunning ocean view. You'll also find a convenient coffee station with a Keurig one-cup, French Press, and drip coffee maker. The kitchen is fully stocked with ample dinnerware, flatware, cooking, and bakeware, and it opens to a spacious dining room with seating for eight, making serving and clean-up a breeze. The dining room flows into the living room, which features a wall of windows overlooking the Atlantic Ocean. The living room is anchored by a brand new 55” SMART-TV with comfortable seating for everyone and provides easy access to the large balcony.
Sandbridge Dunes Condominium is located directly on the Atlantic Ocean, with convenient access to a market and restaurants. The building's atrium offers a large in-ground pool with plenty of tables, chairs, and chaises for relaxation. Outdoor showers and bathrooms are also available on the pool deck. Adjacent to your dedicated, covered parking space, you'll find a large locked closet perfect for storing your beach equipment (chairs, wagons, toys). Please note that all these condo amenities, including pool use, are restricted to tenants only.
**Important Parking Information:**
* EV Parking is **NOT** permitted inside the parking garage or in designated areas outside the building due to proximity concerns.
* Any additional parking without signs is permitted, but please be aware that these spots are limited.
* The indoor parking garage has a height limit of 6 feet 4 inches. Large vehicles with rooftop luggage racks must park in spaces outside the garage.
* Tenants must use their assigned parking space in the covered garage if their vehicle fits.
* Extra-wide, jumbo, or oversized trucks must park outside the parking garage near the entrance.
* There is one designated parking space in garage

Summary: The location is perfect just a short walk to the beach. However the place was dirty. My 1 year old grandson knees and hands were black after crawling on the floor.

Summary: We loved this property and loved staying in Sandbridge. The property was very well maintained, the check-in process very convenient and easy, and the area was exactly what we were looking for - family friendly and quiet but also close to many restaurants and attractions (plus the store/restaurant across the street is super convenient). Our whole family had a great time, so much so that we plan to be back again next year.

Shopping, dining and ice cream within a short walk! This is such a nice part of VA Beach. We have stayed by the boardwalk previously and this was far better for our family trip. I highly recommend this unit! It was way bigger than the pictures suggested. Nice surprise.

Summary: Highly recommend this property. Definitely has a wow factor when you walk in for the first time. Unobstructed ocean views turned us from night owls to early birds just so we could see the beautiful sunrises. The dolphins pods were an added bonus. Loved being on the second floor with easy access to the stairs. Pool area is clean but there is no on site drink/snack bar. Duck donuts were no match for the Sandbridge market donuts. Plenty of Shopping/Food options 10 minutes drive but getting to the Virginia Beach boardwalk was 30 minutes away, a bit of a drag. If you want a low key family vacation this is a perfect spot.

Summary: The overall cleanliness of the property was good and the location was excellent. Perfect view of the ocean with beautiful sunrises. The biggest complaints I have about the property was the master suite bed, the bed was small and in much need of a new mattress. The master room was huge and could have very easily have handled a King bed which is always a plus and I feel would make the place more inviting. The other complaint was the balcony door would not lock which would have been a concern if we would have had young kids with us. You should also be aware that you will have a code you need to use to get into the parking area and again to get into the elevator area and once again to get onto the elevator. Then you will have a different code to get into your room. Which at first was a little overwhelming, but you get use to it as the week goes on. All in all the place was very nice and clean and we had an excellent week despite the bed situation which is the only thing that would keep me from renting this place again.
