4 Bedroom House in La Selva Beach

Our 1750 sq ft tri-level beach house that was completely remodeled in 2007 is located just south of Aptos & Seascape Resort, approximately 12 miles south of Santa Cruz. It offers a panoramic oceanview with 15 miles of sandy beach. You can enjoy your coffee watching the dolphins & surfers and then watch the sunset from your deck. You have direct access to the beach and campfires are permitted until 10pm.
The gourmet kitchen of granite & stainless, is well stocked with cooking utensils and staples (spices, oils, etc) anything you may have forgotten.
Ample paper products (paper towels,toilet paper) are also supplied. Hair Dryers in 2 bathrooms.
The beds are already made up and waiting. Please bring your own bath & beach towels as they are not provided. This is our home away from home that we invite you to share and we do take great care maintaining it and believe that you will have everything you need for a perfect stay. For our guests protection, we have installed a security camera that cover the front driveway.

Summary: This is the sixth time our group of friends have come here to enjoy time together in this beautiful spot right on the beach. Host has been awesome each time with great communication and accommodation. Very comfortable, very welcoming condo.

Summary: This is our second stay at Beth Ann's place. As always, it's clean and well stocked. The location cannot be beat - even with a rainy weekend it cleared up enough for us to sit on the deck, soak in the sun and enjoy the view. We all love it, love that it can easily accommodate 5 women, love the proximity to shopping and restaurants. We'll be back!

Summary: Quick get away to celebrate my brothers birthday with family and friends and we couldn’t have picked a more perfect house and location. Spent the evenings enjoying the common areas playing games. Everyone had their own area, definitely plenty of space for 8 people. Beth was so quick with responding to any questions and information was provided throughout the home. We absolutely loved our time here and would 100% book again. Thank you Beth for sharing your beautiful home.

Summary: This beautiful house allowed us to come together in a large, lovely great room for meals and relaxation, and retreat into separate levels for sleep. The beach right out back was gorgeous - we watched surfers and surf fishers, played in the water, and sheltered on the deck in the rain. A very welcoming home!

Summary: Amazing getaway! Such a great property! The long walks on the beach, watching the waves from our deck. Having Aptos and Capitola so close was an added plus. We will definitely ask the owners for a return visit.
