Summary: We fully enjoyed this stay our stay at this rental. However, - the listing should be updated to say that there are only 3 bedrooms (the other has been converted to a game room), and the hot tub is not working and the management company indicated they have no idea when it will be working. The listing title and details should be changed to be accurate.

Summary: Can't beat the view and location right on the beach. Access to beach from house isn't impossible but not for small kids. House could use some maintenance but overall we enjoyed our stay.

Summary: The good: Place was clean enough. We knew the hot tub was broken so we confirmed the same with the property management who refunded our hot tub fee. Kids (and adults!) loved the garage/game room. Great wifi (we worked from the house one day) Very spacious! The views! THE VIEWS! The deck! Beach access! The less good: We had asked if the fireplaces were working before booking and were told they did. These are the fake flame ones that kick out some heat. I still enjoy them, but the one in the common area was simply missing. The only one that worked was in the master bedroom. The bathroom off the kitchen is shoddy (spalled concrete floor?) The bathroom in the master was dingy. Other reviewers mention the electric. It definitely seems MacGyver'd. Yes, there are some open panels and wires sticking out, but generally out of reach. We had trouble finding the right switch for the right light. It just didn't seem to make much sense. Several extension cords for things like overhead lights plugged in to sockets. Just the oddest electric. Alexa. All the lights seemed disconnected besides the BBQ lights outside; she was less than helpful, except for turning on music. Too many ring cameras outside for my liking (4?) No wood for the solo stove, and no tip to bring some. Overall impression: It's an amazing space and amazing location. As a home, though, it could use a little TLC with the electric and bathrooms. I would rent again though. 4 stars seems about right

Summary: The house is spacious and the view is amazing. The house is run by Alexa, who was less than cooperative. The pictures in the listing of the deck do not match the current outdoor furniture or fire pit. The big disappointment however was the fact that we chose this house specifically for the hot tub. I sent a message on Sept 10th to get confirmation that it was in working order. Did not get a response. I sent another message a little over a week before our date of arrival. About 2 days later I was told it was out of order. We had family flying from out of state for this trip and we were all so excited about having a hot tub. Overall, we still found ways to enjoy our stay. Eating dinner as a family at the dining room table. Sitting around the little fire pit on the deck and watching the sunsets. We also caught a couple of crabs while fishing in the surf. The pool table was a fun addition too. If they get the hot tub up and running, we would definitely consider staying here again!

Summary: Wonderful views, whale watching and on the normal Oregon rainy days tons of things to do inside. The garage is full of all sorts of games along with a pool table and dart board inside. The whole family had a wonderful time.

Summary: We booked South Beach house as a vacation w our adult kids. It was the perfect spot! Amazing view of a mostly empty beach we had to ourselves. Great house with nice amenities you don’t usually find in rentals like a large screen TV, Alexa speakers in many of the rooms and a pool table. Every day we had a great time around that pool table. The kitchen was very nice as well with modern appliances and perfect seating for the whole family. Beach access was better than I expected with only a quick walk down the road to get there with our pup. The only little negatives. The hot tub could use some more maintenance and cleaning, especially with the $84 hot tub fee included. One of the beds sheets still had sand in it. It must be a challenge to clean all those sheets between rentals. Not a big deal as we just washed them. Nothing that would make me not come back though. If you haven’t stayed in the Seal Rock area you need to check it out and this is a great house to do it. Super close to Newport and Waldport but with a nearly empty beach.

Summary: We were celebrating our mom’s birthday. She has mobility issues and this single level home and deck was perfect. The deck is more amazing in person than the pictures. We had a clear night and the stars were so bright. Kitchen was also great for the group to cook together.
