La Dolce Vita is a beautiful oceanfront beach house located on the amazing family-oriented Holden Beach. This home was just completed in March of 2013. Holden Beach was voted top 10 family beaches and is a family friendly, non-commercialized, perfect spot for anyone who wants a break and loves the beach. The entire island is rental homes. This allows for families to relax and enjoy the spectacular beach without crowds of people. Holden Beach has several fun restaurants but no fast food or commercial shopping at all. The island is 7 miles long. A short bridge links the island to the mainland where more restaurants, shopping, and nightlife can be found if you like. We are conveniently located approx. 1/2 mile east of the bridge.

Summary: This was the perfect place for our two-family vacation. We had ample space, the kitchen had everything that we needed, and the two living rooms gave the kids a place to hang out separate from the kids. The proximity to the beach made quick trips to the house feasible, and the outdoor shower was a huge bonus. There were also a ton of great beach supplies in the storage room.

Summary: We had a great stay at this property. The large covered back porch and proximity to the beach were some of the highlights for us. We also appreciated the well stocked kitchen (including toddler plates/bowls/cups/silverware). The house was clean and comfortable and would definitely recommend!

Summary: We very much enjoyed our stay here. The kitchen is wonderful and has anything you would need and more. The house overall is very roomy and gives you an at home feeling. With the beach only a few steps down the walkway we couldn’t keep ourselves from spending much time enjoying the sand. The whole rental process was very easy and well organized. We would love to stay here again.

Summary: This house was perfect! There was plenty of room for our family to relax and spend time together. The lower outside deck was great for morning coffee and watching the waves. Summary: The home is well-maintained, very clean. and well-stocked. The back deck with the tall chairs & tables was perfect for morning coffees and we especially appreciated the locking gates since we had a toddler with us.
