Pacific Sands Resort #21 has wonderful views from this light and airy second floor oceanfront condo! Recently furnished with brand new furniture, beds, and window coverings. Both bedrooms have queen beds while one also has an oceanfront view. The great room area has a large glass door, which opens onto the oceanfront deck, so there are plenty of areas to enjoy views of the surf and sand! A lovely blend of beach comfort, this vacation condo is decorated in shades of off-white and sandy colors to help you feel relaxed and at home! The full kitchen has all you need to cook up a vacation or a holiday meal, and with the wood burning fireplace, you can warm yourself on those cool Pacific coast evenings. When staying at Pacific Sands Resort #21, you'll have access to miles of sandy beaches from the property and be able to explore the ancient tree stumps when the tide permits. Why not take a stroll through quiet and quaint Neskowin to enjoy a round of golf, the tasty food at Hawk Creek Cafe or browse through the selections at the Neskowin Store. It is a quick and easy drive into Pacific City, north of Neskowin, or you can drive south to Lincoln City where you'll find more shopping and area attractions. The wood fireplace is available for guest use- just be sure to bring your own firewood or presto-type logs. It is also important to note that during winter storms, the oceanfront windows and patio door may be partially to fully boarded up to prevent damage from possible sneaker waves. All Pacific Sands units are non-smoking and that includes balconies.

Summary: Beautiful location and condo isn't bad. Very hard to use bathrooms. They are tiny and the toilet is wedged in-between sink and wall. Beds are really uncomfortable. The kitchen has lots of pots and pans to use, knives, cutlery most everything you need. You will need to bring any and all food including spices. The store down the street doesn't have much and is super expensive. I was a bit annoyed at the fact that no matter what we did we couldn't get the TV in the bedroom to work. Also the Wi-Fi password is on the fridge the one the rental property gives is incorrect. Sitting on the deck was the best part of the whole experience.Thank you for letting us stay here.

Summary: The unit is older but very clean. Perfect for a couple or family get away to the coast. Right on the beach and the views are what make it special. have a cup of coffee, glass of wine and a book and you're all set.

Summary: We had a lovely mom + daughter stay in Neskowin. Super comfortable condo which had two spacious bedrooms and bathrooms and a well stocked kitchen. The balcony view was lovely. Loved the Beatles theme too! Perfect proximity to the beach and the town, which we adore. It was perfect for us.

Summary: We loved our stay! The condo has had some furniture and appliances updated since the listing photos were taken so that was a nice surprise! The beach access is steep rock stairs but just down the road is an easy access just a minutes walk. We saw whales and seals right out the window which made our trip! We will definitely be staying again. Only critique is that it may be time for the carpet to go, just took away from the cleanliness just a touch. But overall an amazing property and a great way to enjoy what we think is the best beach town on the coast.
