The space
Villa Nautilus offers a tranquil and luxurious experience right on the beach, within the exclusive Puerta Cortés Resort. This beautiful villa features a fully equipped and recently remodeled kitchen, as well as spacious areas perfect for relaxing with family or friends. The villa includes 3 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms, providing comfort and privacy for all guests.
For your convenience, we offer internet, personalized concierge services, and a golf cart available to explore the resort. Enjoy outdoor activities with our kayak and paddleboard, or simply relax on the private patio. The villa is located near the new "Puerto" beach club, giving you easy access to breathtaking ocean views for total relaxation.
Whether you want to explore nearby beaches, take advantage of concierge services, or enjoy a day by the pool, Villa Nautilus has everything you need for an unforgettable stay.
Guest access
You will have access to the private Beach Club which is a few steps away from the Villa, a Gym and tenis courts. Take the golf cart and drive up to the Golf Course for a nice breakfast or lunch or enjoy the Gary Player Signature Golf Course with most holes overlooking the wonderful sea of Cortez.
For further enjoyment you can arrange for a day of scuba diving, snorkeling or fishing around the picturesque Espiritu Island all from the Marina of CostaBaja.
The Marina also offers several nice restaurants for you dining pleasure.

This beachfront house offers a unique experience with spectacular ocean views and a warm, welcoming family atmosphere.
The property provides access to two exclusive beach clubs available to all our guests:
- Blue Cortes, a perfect space to relax and unwind.
- Puerto, the new Beach Club next to the villa, featuring a pool, jacuzzi, and a menu of snacks and drinks designed to enhance your seaside experience.
Before using the facilities, it’s important to register your name with the staff and mention that you are staying at Beach Villa 5.
The "Puerto" Beach Club operates from 11:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m giving you plenty of time to enjoy the atmosphere and services. Occasionally, the property organizes special events with extended hours to further enrich the guest experience.

Summary: Beautiful, and exactly like the photos. Resort staff took care of every detail. Stepping out to the beach each day was wonderful. The new resort club, that you have full access, can get a little noisey if you're outside in the middle of the day while always quiete at night. Having access to paddle boards and kayaks was very fun!

Summary: We loved everything about our stay. The location of the villa was a dream. The beach club in our backyard was wonderful, we spent the evenings with our kids in the pool/hot tub watching the sunset with everyone drink of choice in hand. The villa was clean and comfortable and the access to golf cart was so helpful. We love the resort and all the amenities within. Don't wait to book this one!!

Summary: We had the best time at Villa 5! Having our cup of coffee every morning beachfront was the highlight of our stay. The place is exactly as described. We enjoyed our time so much we booked the Villa again for June! Highly recommend! Ana and Ibeth were great hosts!

Summary: This is a beautiful property right on the beach with many amenities and a lot of toys to enjoy your days at the beach. The major drawback is it is only 15 to 20 feet from the new beach club and with the old beach club temporarily closed, there is a lot of noise from the pool area until after dark

Summary: The condo is right on the beach. Soon as we entered the condo, our granddaughters took off their shoes and ran to the water. There are lovely furnishings and modern kitchen. The assistant who helps manage the condo responds right away to any texts with questions. The whole Costa Baja complex is great. There is construction going on at the resort during our stay but it had no impact on our stay at the condo. A lovely place to vacation.

Summary: This was one of the best VRBO properties we have stayed at. The condo has every amenity you could need. Fully stocked kitchen, charcoal BBQ grill, beach chairs and umbrellas, kayaks, paddle boards, etc. Located right on a beautiful swimmable beach. Five minute walk to beach club, shops and restaurants. Would highly recommend this property.
